Tori Spelling Hospitalized With Burns After Falling Onto Hibachi Grill at Benihana...
On Sunday, April 5, Tori Spelling and her family celebrated Easter with a trip to their local Benihana restaurant, indulging in the chain's signature teppanyaki delicacies.

Unfortunately for the reality star, 41, her festive meal took a painful turn when she tripped and fell onto the hibachi grill, according to multiple outlets, as first reported by The Daily Mail. Spelling's husband Dean McDermott confirmed to the New York Daily News that his wife burned her arm on the steaming grill and required medical care to treat the burns.

"It was an unfortunate accident," the troubled star, 48, told the newspaper. "She had a little burn... She had to get skin grafts." Asked by the Daily News if the couple would be pressing charges against Benihana, McDermott answered, "I don't know."


Rita Wilson Diagnosed With Breast Cancer, Undergoes Double Masectomy...
A second opinion ultimately saved actress Rita Wilson's life, she admits in a statement to PEOPLE after announcing her recent cancer diagnosis.

She underwent a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery after doctors found invasive lobular carcinoma, the second most common form of breast cancer in the United States.

"I am recovering and most importantly, expected to make a full recovery," says wife of actor Tom Hanks, "Why? Because I caught this early, have excellent doctors and because I got a second opinion. "

"I feel blessed to have a loving, supportive husband, family, friends and doctors and that I am the beneficiary of advances in the field of breast cancer and reconstruction," Wilson continues. "I am getting better every day and look forward to renewed health."

Wilson, 58, also posted an announcement on Facebook Tuesday stating, "There is some news I want to share with you in hopes that if you or any woman you know is dealing with this that a second opinion is necessary and vital."

Bieber Placed in Chokehold, Forced To Leave Coachella...
Justin Bieber was forced to leave the Coachella music festival April 12 after arguing with security minutes before rapper Drake hit the stage.

He reportedly left the festival after being placed in a chokehold.

The hotheaded singer, entourage in-tow, reportedly walked to the artist's entrance of the stage where Drake was performing when they were allegedly stopped by security. Apparently, the area already hit highest capacity and they couldn't come in, although TMZ reports that they had proper wristbands.

Bieber allegedly argued with security, claiming that there was no way he could stand in the general crowd, fearing he'd get bombarded by fans.

Bieber also claims to have voluntarily left the festival, and said that he was personally invited to the show by the rapper himself. Sources say he is considering taking legal action against the guards for the inconvenience.

Isla Fisher and husband Sacha Baron Cohen have welcomed their third child.

Us Weekly confirmed the news in an exclusive Friday, reporting the 39-year-old actress attended a private party at Lucy's El Adobe Cafe in Los Angeles on Thursday.

Fisher and the 43-year-old actor married in March 2010, and news of the star's third pregnancy broke in October 2014. The couple are already parents to two daughters: 7-year-old Olive and 4-year-old Elula.

"Family is 100 percent my top priority," the actress told The Telegraph in 2013. "So I'm much more comfortable doing supporting roles right now. And often, they're the most interesting. You get to be a character actress."

It's Sofia Vergara... Sofia claims she "popped" one of Reese Witherspoon's ovaries while filming a scene for their new comedy Hot Pursuit.

The two appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres show to talk about the incident.

They were filming a scene where Vergara was supposed to push Witherspoon and insisted Vergara "push her hard."

Vergara pushed and Witherspoon doubled over and ended up in the emergency room.

"I was like this in the sofa and I popped her ovary," said Vergara. "I pop her ovary."

"I thought my appendix had burst," admitted Witherspoon.
