Justin Timberlake is planning to step out of the spotlight for a career break so he can travel and be "spontaneous."

The "SexyBack" singer has been working hard to relaunch himself as an actor in recent years, but has now decided he needs some time off.

Justin admits turning 30 back in January inspired him to slow down and he now wants to take an extended break to travel the world.

He reveals, "I think you can work and work and work and never really live. The plan is to have no plan. I'll probably travel, but I'd rather be spontaneous. I feel like I've earned at least a little bit of time to do that.

"There were times I was motivated by the fact I wanted to be the biggest music star in the world. Maybe it wasn't a conscious thought, but it was an underlying theme. I've spent a lot of time feeling like I needed to validate so much of who I was by what I did.

"After I turned 30 I started asking myself questions why... The only validation I crave now is to be inspired in the same way I've always been. That's all I really owe myself at this point. If I stopped now, I could look at everything I've done and be so proud."

Kim Kardashian Files for Divorce from Kris Humphries...

That was fast!

Kim Kardashian filed for divorce, just 72 days after tying the knot with Kris Humphries in a lavish ceremony that was taped for her reality show.

"I've spoken to her briefly and she says she's sad and got caught up in all that was going on," Ryan Seacrest, who produces her show, said on his KIIS-FM radio program.

Kim, 31, lists the date of separation as today, October 31, 2011, and cites the usual "irreconcilable differences," according to her Los Angeles Superior Court filing.

She also says the couple has a prenuptial agreement and she doesn't want to pay spousal support to Kris.

A source close to Kim says that she "wanted a fairy tale" but that the couple found "the pressure of the TV show just isn't what they could have handled."

The filing comes after weeks of speculation of trouble in their brief marriage.

Kim said living in New York City with her sister Kourtney, her boyfriend Scott Disick and their baby was "not ideal" for the newlyweds.

For Halloween, Kim, dressed as Poison Ivy, hosted a party solo, revealing that her husband was not around because she was headed to Australia this week.

"Something I really prepared Kris for [was] to let him know that no matter what we do, there's going to be rumors," she said. "It used to really upset me and now I don't even think about it."

Amy Winehouse: New Album to Be Released...

Amy Winehouse's voice will be heard once more.

Island Records is set to release a posthumous collection, titled Lioness: Hidden Treasures, featuring 12 tracks of previously unreleased and rare recordings from the late singer, who died in July at 27.

According to a reports, at an emotional family gathering last week, Amy's dad, Mitch Winehouse, wept as he listened to the music, some of which he had never heard before.

"It wasn't until I sat down with the rest of the family and listened to this album that I fully appreciated the breadth of Amy's talent. From jazz standards to hip-hop songs, it really took my breath away," he said in a statement. "I never realized what a true genius she was."

Among the offerings on the album: a brand new song, "Between the Cheats," a slower tempo version of her hit "Valerie" and "A Song For You," a cover of the Leon Russell song also performed by Amy's musical idol, Donny Hathaway. She recorded it solo in the spring of 2009.

Produced by friends Mark Ronson and Salaam Remi over the last few weeks, the album will be Amy's third release. A donation from the sale of each album will also go to the Amy Winehouse Foundation, which her family established after her death to help those battling addiction.

At the inquest into her death last week it was revealed that Amy died after an alcohol binge at her North London home that left her five times over the legal alcohol limit.

'Twilight' film re-cut over steamy sex scene...

A sex scene between Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart had to be re-edited after censors gave the latest "Twilight" movie a restrictive R-rating.

The two actors, who are rumored to be dating in real-life, stripped off to film a series of saucy shots for the first installment of the vampire franchise's two-part conclusion, "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn."

Kristen, who plays Bella Swan, has now revealed the footage was so racy, the movie was given an R-rating, which bans viewers under the age of 18 seeing the film without an accompanying adult, so film bosses re-edited it to make it more appropriate for teenagers.

She comments, "It was so weird, it didn't even feel like we were doing a Twilight film. I was like, 'Bella! What are you doing? Wow! What is happening here?!' It was very surreal. We (originally) got rated R. They re-cut it."

Cops called to Nicki Minaj's house over maid fight...

Cops were called to Nicki Minaj's home in Hollywood on Thursday after an alleged confrontation between the hip-hop star and a maid.

The rapper reportedly became enraged with the unnamed employee and ordered her to leave after mistaking her for another maid she recently fired.

According to reports, a male friend of Minaj's joined in the dispute and started pushing the staff member, who called the police and filed a battery report over the incident.

But the maid chose not to make a citizen's arrest when the authorities arrived and no one was taken into custody.

Adele Is Not Suffering from Throat Cancer...

Yes, Adele is undergoing surgery on her vocal chords, but it's not because she has cancer, as some have speculated.

"We would like to reiterate that Adele is to undergo surgery for a hemorrhaged vocal chord," her rep said in a statement Monday in response to rumors on Twitter that the British singer has throat cancer. "All reports regarding any other condition are 100% false."

Adele, 23, has subsequently canceled the remainder of her North American tour, in addition to several dates in the U.K.

The Grammy winner, who released her chart-topping sophomore album 21 in February, has previously expressed her disappointment, blogging on Oct. 4, "I'm heartbroken and worried to tell you that yet again I'm experiencing problems with my voice."

The singer's surgery is imminent, and doctors have ordered her to rest before performing again, while a statement on her official website says that "a full recovery is expected."
