'The Talk' stars promise to reveal secrets in Season 4
The hosts of the the Los Angeles chat show "The Talk" have pledged to reveal secrets about themselves at the beginning of Season 4, CBS said Tuesday. Fresh episodes of the show are to begin airing Sept. 9. "Hosts Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Aisha Tyler and Sheryl Underwood are not just talking, they will take it up a notch and reveal personal secrets they have never before discussed publicly ... or with each other," a news release said. "The guest lineup and programming information will be announced at a later date."
Tim McGraw and Faith Hill not splitting up, reps say
Tim McGraw's publicist says the U.S. country music star has no plans to divorce singer Faith Hill, his wife of 16 years. The National Enquirer recently reported the popular couple are splitting up due to McGraw's suspected infidelities. However, Hill's representative denied the tabloid story to Gossip Cop while McGraw's publicist told the celebrity news website the rumors are "totally false and ridiculous."

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler approached to host Globes again
Comic actresses Tina Fey and Amy Poehler have been approached to return as Golden Globe co-hosts in Los Angeles next year, Deadline.com reported. The pair earned rave reviews when they presided over this year's edition of the television and film awards program, which was seen by about 20 million viewers. Deadline.com said NBC and the Golden Globes producer Dick Clark Productions have reached out to Fey and Poehler to star in next year's prize presentation; however, formal negotiations have not begun yet.

U.S. singer-actress Miley Cyrus is bragging about the attention she received through social media for her raunchy 2013 MTV Video Music Awards performance. UsMagazine.com said the 20-year-old former "Hannah Montana" star set a ecord on Twitter after people offered their mixed reactions to the performance of her hit "We Can't Stop" and her "Blurred Lines" duet with Robin Thicke at Brooklyn's Barclays Center Sunday night. Cyrus was seen scantily clad, grinding against Thicke in a suggestive manner and making vulgar gestures with a foam finger throughout the performance. "Smilers! My VMA performance had 306,000 tweets per minute," Cyrus tweeted Monday. "That's more than the blackout or Superbowl! #fact."

Trisha Yearwood and Garth Brooks working on a new album
Nashville star Trisha Yearwood says she and Garth Brooks, her husband of eight years, are working on a new album and planning a concert tour. "It'll be a whole different ball game, you know, as man and wife to go do this together. So, I'm looking forward to it," Yearwood told "CBS This Morning" last Thursday. Yearwood also hinted a song collaboration is in the works with Kelly Clarkson and Reba McEntire. "We have become friends. And I love both of them," Yearwood said. "And we have been toying with the thought of working together. And Kelly's working on a little something that we sang on."
