Here's the Scoop....
Gisele Bundchen and husband Tom Brady are struggling to name
their newborn son, because Tom's schedule is too busy to sit
down and help Gisele decide.
The couple welcomed the baby last week, and at 7 days old, he
is still nameless.
Tom says, "We thought we had a name picked for about six
months, and then, about two days before he was born she said,
'I don't like that name any more,' so, it was kind of back to
the drawing board, and I've been practicing all week and
getting ready for the game.
"I tell you, we've got about seven or eight choices. I've got
to be home for more than two hours to sit down so we can talk
about it."
The child is Tom's second. He has a 2-year-old son, Jack,
with former girlfriend, actress Bridget Moynahan.

Tiger Woods' Wife, Kids Leaving Him for the Holidays...
Tiger Woods likely won't be spending the holidays with his
wife and two children.
Moving crews were spotted Tuesday at the Woods' mansion in
Windermere, Fla. Several workers were seen carting such items,
including carefully wrapped artwork.
A "bone-thin" Elin Nordegren, who wasn't wearing her wedding
ring, spent about 10 minutes instructing the workers before
driving off in her red Buick SUV.
Elin, "is making plans to move out and take the kids [Sam, 2;
Charlie, 10 months] with her," a source says. "She's planning
to go somewhere warm and Tiger-free for Christmas. The only
reason she didn't leave earlier is that their son had the flu,
but he's now recovered."
A close source says that "Elin is planning to take the kids to
spend the holidays with her family in Sweden."
Reports say that Elin skipped her usual appearance at the
annual holiday party at the Isleworth Country Club.
"Her absence was noticeable, and there was a little tension
and sadness in the air," one club member said.
Meanwhile, alleged mistress Rachel Uchitel is confiding in pals
that Tiger is still in touch with her.
"They are not over," a source said. "She said Tiger was texting

her, trying to find time to get together again. He wasn't
even fazed."

Lindsay Lohan Must Make DUI Program Her Priority...
Lindsay Lohan may have been "in compliance" with the terms of
her DUI probation, but a judge ordered the star to step up her
alcohol education program classes.
I am going to order that this has to be done. It?s been long
enough," Judge Marsha Revel said at L.A. Superior Court in
Beverly Hills on Tuesday.
Lindsay, who did not appear in court, must now start "attending
every single week" in order to fulfill the more than six months
of program time necessary by Revel's deadline of July 15, 2010.
"This has to be a top priority whether she has a job somewhere
else or doesn't or something else comes up," Revel said. "This
has to be done once a week."
The judge reiterated that Lindsay's other projects should not
take precedence over her alcohol education program.
"Right now, the other things will take second place and this
will take first place," Revel said. The next hearing date to
assess Lindsay's progress has been scheduled for Feb. 18.
Lindsay most recently spent a week in India, making a
documentary on the human trafficking of women and children

Tori and Dean's Bad Day...
Tuesday just wasn't Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott's
day.
Not only did the couple Tweet about how a bird left an unpleasant
surprise (evidently, what's considered a good-luck omen in some
places isn't good luck in Hollywood) ? A mishap with a hot-water
kettle left one of them in an "insane amount of pain."
"Ive had a day!1st a bird pooped on my head at [the shopping
mall] The Grove&now I just poured boiling water from kettle
all ovr my hand," the couple wrote on their Twitter account,
ToriandDean (it's usually Tori who Tweets on the shared account).
"I'm a HOT mess.Literally!"
And it only got worse.
"Burnt hand is bad. Its swollen and bright red and insane
amount of pain. Ice isn't helping!" came a Tweet later
Tuesday night.
But thanks to Twitter fans, the boo-boo got better.
"Thanks everyone! Aloe is helping!" came the message an hour
later.

Garth Brooks to Sue Oklahoma Hospital for $500,000...
"Unanswered Prayers" singer Garth Brooks says that his quest
to make his mother's name "More Than a Memory" at an Oklahoma
hospital has gone unfulfilled, and he's suing the medical
center for $500,000 as a result.
Four years ago, Garth gave Integris Canadian Valley Regional
hospital in Yukon, Okla., the half million dollars to finance
a building that would bear the name of his mother, Colleen
Brooks, who died of cancer in 1999.
But, according to a court filing by Garth, the hospital never
included the promised building in a $27 million expansion
project, leaving CVR in breach of contract.
"Garth's heart is broken over this," a source close to Brooks
says.
A hospital spokesman said that there's been amisunderstanding,
and that they're hoping for a "swift andamicable end."
Not likely. Garth's rep said: "This deals with his mother, the
home town and the people he grew up with and is deeply personal."

"She found a gorgeous penthouse apartment in the most fashionable

requisite deposit to hold it. The plan is for her and Lila to move
in spring. Initially it will be used as a weekend getaway but she
