Matthew 5:23-25

Therefore if you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift.

Greetings Bible Enthusiast!

Many in the Body of Christ want to serve the Lord in a ministry offered by their local church. This is a wonderful thing, but as we see in the above sripture, Jesus expects us to be reconciled to our brother first! Someone might ask you to sing, or take up the offering, or be an usher. What a perfect opportunity to show the Lord that you love Him! Yes, serve Him in that capacity! But first go to your brother, if he has something against you and be reconciled!
