*** A WORD FROM THE KITCHEN ***

First, my most recent BACON WRAPPED CHESTNUTS from the
other day was not the recipe at all it seems it got stuck
to the new one. Here is the correction for my woopsie.

INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds thick cut bacon
2 (8 ounce) cans water chestnuts

DIRECTIONS:
Slice bacon in half; wrap one piece bacon around one
chestnut. Skewer with toothpick to hold in place. Broil
in toaster or conventional oven, turning frequently,
until the bacon is evenly cooked. Serve warm.

Speaking of doubling up.... TWICE BAKED POTATOES are
doubly-nice for the holidays and super easy to make too.
You can do these ahead of time and leave them in the fridge
after assembling, just let them get back to to room temp
before baking. The choppped broccoli adds a nice touch of
flavor and color too. Don't forget the holiday punch!
Since I boo-boo'd the other day you get an exra bonus
recipe today too scroll down.

ENJOY!
