Lindsay Lohan getting a new sibling
Kate Major, the girlfriend of Hollywood actress Lindsay
Lohan's father, Michael, is pregnant with their first
child, TMZ reported. The off-on couple's representatives
confirmed the pregnancy to the celebrity news Web site,
but offered no further details. Major, a former tabloid
reporter who is in her first trimester, conceived the child
while a restraining order against Michael Lohan, a
recovering alcoholic and drug addict, was in effect.
TMZ said the legal document was only lifted a few weeks ago. The couple announced their engagement in 2010, but broke up and reconciled several times since. Their stormy relationship was documented on 'Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.' Lohan has four adult children, including Lindsay, with his ex-wife Dina Lohan.

Suri Cruise to attend Catholic school
Suri Cruise, the 6-year-old daughter of divorcing movie stars Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, will begin Catholic school in New York this September, E! News said. The only hild of the former Hollywood couple has previously been home-schooled. E! News said Holmes, who was raised Catholic, recently enrolled Suri in the Convent of the Sacred Heart, the $38,000-a-year, all-girl school in Manhattan where pop star Lady Gaga, actress Jordana Brewster, heiress Nicky Hilton and author/attorney Caroline Kennedy once studied. Cruise, who is a member of the Church of Scientology, and Holmes settled their divorce last week. Holmes moved in late June to end their five-year marriage.

David Hasselhoff will play himself in 'Baywatch' movie
'Baywatch' legend David Hasselhoff has scrapped plans for a starring role in the big screen version of the TV hit, and will have a cameo playing himself instead. The actor has frequently told of his desire to revive the 1990s show for cinema audiences and last year, he revealed he was bidding for the rights to the script and would play a 'father figure'in the film. Now he has confirmed the 'Baywatch' movie is in the pipeline - but he will be playing himself instead of revisiting his role as lifeguard Mitch Buchannon. He tells British newspaper the Daily Express, 'I've just met the guy writing the film. I'm going to play myself... We're trying to make it a very cool updated version.'
