Ephesians 4:32

And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.

Greetings Bible Enthusiast!

I am so very sorry about the pain many of you have endured, including the murder of loved ones. I am not saying that forgiveness is easy, only that it is necessary. I mentioned Corrie ten Boom yesterday. CHICKEN SOUP FOR THE CHRISTIAN SOUL contains her testimony, along with that of a man who was able to forgive a man who had killed his father, mother and two sisters. These, along with lots of prayer, may help you.

God Bless You!
Annie

TODAY'S DAILY NOT SO TRIVIAL TRIVIA QUESTION:

Q. Who was John the Baptist's father?

Answer below.

TODAY'S BIT OF WISDOM/REFLECTION:

Forgiveness ought to be like a cancelled note, torn in two and burned up, so that it can never be shown against the man.
Henry Ward Beecher

FEATURED FUNNY:

Farmer Browne: "Did you lose much in that last tornado?"

Farmer Jones: "Lost the henhouse and all the chickens. But that was all right--I ended up with three new cars and somebody's pickup truck."

ANSWER TO TRIVIA QUESTION:

Q. Who was John the Baptist's father?

A. Zacharias.

So it was, on the Eighth day, that they came to circumcise the child [John]; and they would have called him by the name of his father, Zacharias.
