George Lucas and Mellody Hobson welcome a daughter
U.S. filmmaker George Lucas and his wife, DreamWorks Animation chairman Mellody Hobson, have become the parents of a daughter born via surrogate. Everest Hobson Lucas, the first biological child for both parents, was born last Friday, The Huffington Post said. Lucas, 69, and Hobson, 44, were married in June. The "Star Wars" creator also has three adopted children -- Amanda, 32; Katie, 25; and Jett, 20.
Lea Michele speaks about Cory Monteith at Teen Choice Awards
Actress and singer Lea Michele paid tribute to her late boyfriend Cory Monteith while accepting a prize at the Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles Sunday night. "I promise that with your love, we're going to get through this together," Michele, 26, told the audience as she picked up the prize for best actress in a TV comedy series. "He was very special to me and also to the world, and we were very lucky to witness his incredible talent, his handsome smile and his beautiful, beautiful heart. So whether you knew him personally or just as [his character] Finn Hudson, Cory reached out, and he became a part of all of our hearts and that's where he'll stay forever." Michele also thanked fans for their love and support during "these very difficult past few weeks." Her longtime beau and "Glee" co-star died of an accidental drug overdose July 13 at the age of 31. The cast of the musical dramedy series recently returned to work on Season 5 during which Monteith's death will be addressed, producers have said. The show also picked up the Teen Choice Award for best comedy series Sunday night.

Kevin Federline marries Victoria Prince
Kevin Federline, the father of Britney Spears' two young sons, married his longtime girlfriend Victoria Prince in
Las Vegas during the weekend, records show. People.com
said the couple exchanged vows in the penthouse of the
Hard Rock Hotel Saturday night -- a day after the couple
got engaged and picked up a marriage license. Federline,
35, and Prince, 30, have been together since 2008. They
have a daughter whose second birthday is next week, the celebrity news website said. Federline and Spears were married in 2004 and divorced in 2006 and have two sons. The former backup dancer was previously engaged to
actress Shar Jackson from 2001-04. They have a son and daughter together.
Jane Seymour does Pilates to keep fit
Actress Jane Seymour said she regularly goes to Pilates
and some yoga classes near her Hollywood home to keep fit and help her bad back. The "Live and Let Die" actress the Los Angeles Times she was active as a child because she professionally trained as a ballerina. A knee injury when she was 16 or 17 years old ended her dancing career and Seymour said she did very little physical activity around that time. When the actress moved to Hollywood in her
mid-20s, she joined a Pilates class with Kate Jackson, Jackie Smith, Farrah Fawcett and Joan Collins. "That was before anyone knew about Pilates," she said, adding that
the workout "is perfect for anyone who has had an injury."
She said Pilates helped her after surgery to repair
bulging discs in her back. "They use it for injured
dancers. It's about body alignment, core strength and flexibility. It's an amazing workout," she added. Seymour said she also likes to fast walk on the beach, play tennis and golf, and goes to Yoga classes on the rare occasion to keep fit.

Josh Duhamel is having a little BOY ... and he's totally psyched about it -- telling TMZ, "It's gonna be fun to teach him what I know." Duhamel's wife Fergie is due next month -- and at LAX this weekend, the "Transformers" star told us how pumped he is that the ultrasound showed boy parts. During the convo, our photog had an honest moment -- telling Josh he's nervous about having children because he's scared to death to have a girl ... with the dating and the makeup and the whathaveyou. Josh told the photog he feels his pain -- explaining, "I have 3 sisters. It wasn't fun as an older brother."
