Hello Everyone,

Here's a tip for everyone to try to soften and fluff up your towels.

Put your towel in the washing machine, and DO NOT add any detergent. At this point you are trying to get rid of any chemicals that already exist on the towels, so we don't want to add anymore.

Run machine on warm settings. When the machine reaches the rinse cycle pour a half a cup of white vinegar into the washing machine.

Once done, dry your towels. Don't add any fabric softener, and don't dry them on the high setting.

You should notice the difference when you're done.

You can wash your towels this way every time they need cleaning, without adding commercial detergents, and they will be fluffy, soft and hygienic. But I use this method as a monthly maintenance wash, to stop the towels getting too scratchy again.

often caused by dental procedures.

- Add 3 drops of Tea Tree Oil to a cup of warm water.
- Use the solution as a mouthwash two to three times daily.
- Always spit out the Tea Tree Oil mouthwash. Do not
swallow it.

when brushing teeth.
