So much for the two Taylors finding love.
Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner have split, and were never all
that serious in the first place.
"It was never a big deal to begin with. The media made way
more out of it than it is," a source close to Swift says.
"They went out on a few dates and realized this was just not
going anywhere."
"They became good friends and then went out a few times, but
he lives in L.A. and she lives in Nashville and their busy
schedules kept it from becoming more than it was," the source
continued.
Representatives for Lautner and Swift had no comment.

Hangover Star to Debut on Broadway...
What do you do after a massive Hangover? Why, debut on
Broadway, of course.
That's what Justin Bartha, a star of this year's big comedy
hit is doing, replacing T. R. Knight in the revival of Lend
Me a Tenor, to open March 11 in New York City.
Justin will play a hapless assistant in a Cleveland opera
house who has to step in as the star of a production of
Otello in the 1930s. He'll be joining actors like Anthony
LaPaglia and Tony Shalhoub in the nonmusical play, which
will be the Broadway directing debut of Stanley Tucci.

Bristol Palin Seeks Sole Custody of Son...
New court documents reveal a heated custody battle between Levi
Johnston and Bristol Palin, who has petitioned for sole custody
over their son Tripp, the grandson of former Vice Presidential
candidate Sarah Palin.
Bristol's early November request for sole custody was made public
after a Superior Court judge ruled last week against keeping the
court proceedings closed. A temporary order had authorized the
use of pseudonyms while the court was considering the request,
which stated that no good "could result to the child by an
onslaught of media."
Levi had pushed for open court proceedings.
"I feel more comfortable in a public courtroom which will help
everyone stay civil and be on their best behavior," he said in
a statement.
Levi is seeking shared custody and denies Bristol's claims
that he has avoided his parental responsibilities.
In addition to sole custody, Bristol, who called her ex's recent
Playgirl magazine nude photo shoot risque, requested child
support and asked that Levi's mother, Sherry, not be allowed
unsupervised visits with their son following her drug arrest
earlier this year.

50 Cent Wins Child Support Fight...
50 Cent has been handed victory after a judge ruled in his favor
in a dispute with his ex-girlfriend over child support for their
son Marquis.
The superstar rapper, real name Curtis Jackson, took Shaniqua
Tomkins to court after refusing to agree to her requests for
more money for raising the 10-year-old.
Shaniqua previously asked for $50,000-a-month but was granted
just half of that sum, $25,000-a-month, when the court viewed
her and her son's expenses.
But that figure was reduced further earlier this week, and
Shaniqua will now only receive $6,700-a-month from Curtis.
Curtis' lawyer Brett Kimmel says, "My client and I are very
happy with the ruling."

Gibson Completes DUI Deal...
Mel Gibson has been given the all-clear to get on with his life
after completing the terms of his plea agreement following a
much-publicized drunk-driving arrest in 2006.
The star appeared before a judge in a Malibu, Calif., courthouse
on Wednesday and was told, "You're well on your way to success."
Mel hit the headlines when he used anti-Semitic language during
a boozy tirade on a police officer during a DUI arrest in CA.
He pleaded no contest to driving while over the limit and he was
fined, sentenced to three years probation and ordered to attend
a year of Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.
Mel also publicly apologized to the Jewish community for his
drunken remarks.
The actor must still serve half of his probation period, but he
now has no more legal requirements to attend court or AA meetings.

It's Bai Ling...
The actress allegedly walked into a terminal gift shop at around
4:30 p.m. and took two celebrity magazines and a pack of batteries,
before casually leaving the store without paying for her goods,
worth just $16.
But Bai was spotted by an eagle-eyed store employee and placed
under citizen's arrest.
Bai, who was reportedly "co-operative but crying," was taken to
a nearby police station where she was booked for theft.
Hours later, the 37-year-old posted a message about her trip on
her Web site accompanied with photos of herself outside the
Southwest terminal, but failed to mention her arrest at all.
Writing on her blog, she says, "Delayed the flight, wondring (sic)
again in the airport like a ghost, why can't I just be the sun
smile? My heart is a little sad now, casted by the melody of life ..."=
