Here's the Scoop...
Okay. Will Smith has a new movie coming out around Christmas time. I just watched the trailer. So basically here's the deal...
Will Smith meets human versions of Love, Death and Time in the first trailer for Warner Bros. upcoming drama, Collateral Beauty.
The clip released Wednesday, features Smith as a troubled ad man, Howard, who following the death of his daughter is sent into a deep depression.
As his friends played by Edward Norton, Kate Winslet, Michael Pena and Naomie Harris discuss how to get Howard out of his funk, he begins writing letters to Love (Keira Knightley), Death (Helen Mirren) and Time (Jacob Latimore) who then meet him in person.
Oh, I remember this movie the first time I saw it, when it was called A Christmas Carol. Nice try, Mr. Smith, but I'm not buying it.
Be Well,
Steve

American recording artist Taylor Swift and British film star Tom Hiddleston have ended their whirlwind, three-month romance.
"Taylor felt he wanted to take the relationship to be too public," a source told E! News Tuesday about the 26-year-old singer, "and she was not happy about it and thought it was too much publicity."
Us Weekly quoted an insider as saying Hiddleston, 35, is now "embarrassed that the relationship fizzled out."
"It was an intense start," another person told Us. "No one can keep that kind of momentum going."
LOOSE LIPS:
"Growing up, all I saw was my parents trying to be the best people they could be, and people coming to them for wisdom, coming to them for guidance, and them not putting themselves on a pedestal."

'Shanghai Noon' sequel in development, Jackie Chan and Owen Wilson in talks to return
Jackie Chan and Owen Wilson are in talks to team up once again for a new Shanghai Noon sequel.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, MGM has started development on a third entry in the action-comedy series entitled Shanghai Dawn with Napoleon Dynamite director Jared Hess at the helm.
Hess will be working with writers Miles Millar and Alfred Gough who wrote 2000's Shanghai Noon and its 2003 London-based sequel, Shanghai Knights. Dawn's script will be penned by Theodore Riley and Aaron Buchsbaum
The original Wild West set film starred Chan as an Imperial Guard who enlists the help of an outlaw played by Wilson in order to save a Chinese princess.
Wilson worked with Hess recently in upcoming heist-comedy Masterminds which also stars Zach Galifianakis, Kristen Wiig and Jason Sudeikis.
Chan made headlines recently when it was announced he would be receiving an honorary Oscar at the Academy's 8th Annual Governors Awards set to be held in November.

Which SNL alum has entered rehab for a 'tune-up'?
Chevy Chase has checked into an in-patient rehab in Minnesota for a "tune-up" for an alcohol-related issue, his rep said.
Chase checked himself in to the Hazelden Addiction Treatment Center -- the same facility Robin Williams sought treatment in 2014 -- to "be the best that he can be," his rep said.
Chase, 72, was treated at the Betty Ford Center in California in the '80s for an addiction to painkillers.
He is currently filming the movie Dog Years with Burt Reynolds and has recently finished filming The Christmas Apprentice.
