August 17, 2011Hello Everyone,Fruit can be expensive when it's not in season, don't you agree? Have you ever thought about freezing fruit when there is a smokin' hot sale on it?
Freeze fresh fruit when it is in season for use later in the year. You can keep berries from freezing together in one large mass by placing them on a cookie sheet in the freezer and waiting until after they are frozen to put them in a plastic bag or container.

Next week it's all about the readers :)Hint 1: Why in the heck didn't I think of this years ago? This is soooo much tastier than plain ol' sprinkles, and I think you all will agree with me :)
Cookie crumbs in the bottom of the bag or box make great sprinkles for ice cream treats. Yum Yum...
Hint 2: If this saves me money, I'm game! I'll try anything, and come to think of it I'm sure it will leave a fantastic scent behind.
Don't throw away used dryer sheets. Save them for dusting furniture, window sills, and mini-blinds. They work awesome!
