Hint 1: I received this tip from a reader, and love it. I'm
going to start this tip at the begining of the year...along
with a handful of other goals to simplify my life :)
At the end of each day give yourself 5 minutes to sweep through the house and return items to where they should be. This is one of the best habits to get into. It can make cleaning the next day all the more bearable when your stuff isn?t scattered all over the place.

Hint 2: I never did the below tip until about 4 months ago. I got the idea from the cleaning lady here at work.
Leave the roll of garbage bags at the bottom of your bin. When you remove the full bag a new one is right there for you to grab and reline the bin with immediately. No more walking to the bin with a handful of waste only to realize you didn?t replace the bag!
