Saturday, February 9, 2013Hello Everyone...
Dave Grohl recently had his directorial debut, where he explored a famous production studio and the artists who love it. The movie was called Sound City, and artists like Trent Reznor, Josh Homme, John Fogerty, Tom Petty, and many more all offered their unique sound bytes and footage for the film. I haven't seen it yet, but I've been following it for a while.
To help promote the documentary, or perhaps just for fun, Grohl and the Foo Fighters (going by the name of The Sound City Players) performed a concert with some of the participating artists. In this clip (taken from what looks like a fan's awesome camera) Stevie Nicks sings Landslide. A real treat! Enjoy it.
