Steps to Take for Perfect and Healthy Skin
The 3 basic steps are: cleansing, application of toner and
moisturizing. These are more efficient than soap and water
at removing makeup or heavy dirt. Never rub your face,
gently massage the cream into the skin and then wipe off
with cotton balls in upward strokes.
Thorough cleansing is the first and most important step in
any skin care program. Deep cleansing is recommended twice
a day, in the morning and at night. This assures removal of
