Hint 1:

Let the hot shower run for awhile before you start cleaning. The walls and fixtures will be so much easier to clean, since the steam will have loosened the dirt.

Hint 2:

Did you spray too much perfume on? Don't sweat it...simply moisten a cotton ball with a little rubbing alcohol and dab over your perfumed skin. As the alcohol evaporates, the fragrance will become more faint.
