Six months after their very special third-anniversary gift, the birth of their twins, Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon are ready to give the world an inside peek at their family life.
Son Moroccan Scott and daughter Monroe, Nicknamed: Roc and Roe, are introduced to Barbara Walters, who interviews the parents inside their Manhattan apartment. The segment airs on Friday's 20/20 at 10 p.m. ET.
In a teaser clip, Walters asks Mariah if she trusts Nick. "Sometimes," replies the songbird, as Barbara raises her eyebrows.

Soulja Boy Arrested...
Soulja Boy was arrested early Tuesday morning after cops found a "substantial amount" of marijuana, cash and guns inside his car during a traffic stop in Georgia.
The rapper (real name DeAndre Cortez Way), 21, was with three bodyguards when their vehicle was stopped by officers in Temple, Ga., at 3:15 a.m. All five men in the Cadillac Escalade, including the driver, were arrested, and police are investigating whether any of the men had licenses to be in possession of the firearms.
They are being held in Carrol County Jail on felony charges of possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm.
A puppy found in the car was released to the driver's relatives, Rampy added. The rapper's rep had no comment.
Shia LaBeouf Involved in Vancouver Bar Brawl...
Shia LaBeouf got into a fistfight outside a bar in Vancouver last week, and had to be restrained by friends after a man punched him in the head.
TMZ has video of the alleged incident, which shows a burly shirtless man beating someone who appears to be Shia, 25, who is lying on the sidewalk.
Shia is seen getting up and trying to chase the unidentified man, but is held back by a friend, who tells him, "You gotta lay low right now."
According to Vancouver radio station News1130, Shia was having a drink at Cinema Public House downtown when the alleged incident occurred.
"It is not clear what provoked the attack, but Shia threw the other man to the ground inside the bar," according to the local report. "Security personal then took both parties outside, where the man ripped off his shirt and started punching Shia."
The Transformers star is in Vancouver to film The Company You Keep.
He was photographed biking on Sunday around the city, showing no discernible injuries.

Rapper Snoop Dogg was held by immigration officials in Norway on Friday as they quizzed him over the large sum of cash he was carrying.
The hip-hop star traveled to the country ahead of an autograph signing session at an Adidas store prior to his Friday night show at Oslo's Spektrum Arena as part of his Doggumentary trek.
But the "Sweat" hitmaker, real name Calvin Broadus, Jr., was prevented from entering the country by border control for having "too much money" on him.
Taking to Twitter to vent his frustration, he writes, "At the Norway border right now being sweated for havin 2much money!! Norway standup 4 the biggdogg the border guys r cool but, they talkn (talking) bout takn (taking) my $$!! That aint rite!! (sic) Norway standup 4 the biggdogg!! they makn(making) me late 4 this autograph signin!"
Snoop was eventually allowed to enter Norway and apologized to his fans who were left waiting because of the drama: "Shout out 2 all 600 fans n (in) Oslo who waited all day at the Adidas instore signin."
Nikki Reed marries...
Actress Nikki Reed married singer Paul McDonald in an intimate ceremony in Malibu, California on Sunday.
The "Twilight" star exchanged vows with McDonald, a former "American Idol" contestant, in front of 100 guests.
The newlyweds says, "We couldn't be happier! (We were)surrounded by our family and friends. We're so glad this day has come!"
Paul's pal Stefano Langone revealed last week he would be singing at the nuptials, commenting, "I played Nikki a song of mine, and she said, 'You need to play that at my wedding'. She absolutely loved it and I'm really excited to play for them. I love them both."

It's Usher...
Usher was one of the performers at the A Decade of Difference event at the Hollywood Bowl, but suffered an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction when his pants tore on his left thigh as he belted out his hits.
Ever the professional, Usher refused to let the incident interrupt his three-song set and held on to his trouser leg during certain parts of his dance as he completed his performance.
Comedienne Ellen DeGeneres poked fun at the incident later on in the evening when she told the crowd as she walked on stage, "Sorry I'm late, I had a rip in my pants and I had to fix it."
