"Gossip Girl" star Chace Crawford spent the New Year holiday under the care of doctors after taking a tumble at a nightclub in Miami, Florida, and suffering a nasty gash to his face, according to a report.
The actor was partying at club Liv at the Fontainebleau Hotel when he reportedly slipped on ice and fell over.
Chace was left with cuts and bruises and needed several stitches to a wound on his face, according to reports.
A source reveals "He slipped, hit his face and ended up with a cut and bruises. He ended up spending New Year's Eve partying with friends in his suite."

Sabbath's Tony Iommi Diagnosed with Lymphoma...
It was just two months ago that Black Sabbath announced plans to produce another studio album - their first in 33 years.
But in the midst of recording sessions in Los Angeles, the heavy metal foursome had some serious news for fans this week: Guitar legend Tony Iommi has been diagnosed with lymphoma.
The Iron Man is in the "early stages" of the disease, a cancer of the lymphocytes (white blood cells in the immune system), according to a statement on his website, and the band will continue working on the album (still set to be released in the fall) in England to accommodate Iommi.
The rocker, 63, is "upbeat and determined" to make a full recovery as he works with doctors to establish a treatment plan.
"[Iommi's] bandmates would like everyone to send positive vibes to the guitarist at this time," the statement continued.
Black Sabbath, including Ozzy Osbourne on vocals, is set to embark on a reunion tour May 18 featuring the original members, and more information will be released about Iommi's health as it becomes available, according to the statement.
Snoop Dogg arrested for marijuana possession...
Snoop Dogg has been booked on misdemeanor drug possession charges in Texas, according to reports.
The rapper's weed stash on a tour bus was discovered by a drug-sniffing dog during a routine border crossing vehicle check at the weekend.
Ironically, the drug bust took place in the town of Sierra Blanca, where Willie Nelson was arrested for marijuana possession in 2010.
Reports suggest customs agents found a series of rolled joints in a red prescription bottle in a waste paper bin, and Snoop Dogg immediately admitted the marijuana belonged to him.
The rapper, real name Calvin Broadus, has a prescription for cannabis in California, but that doesn't extend to Texas.
He was taken into custody, booked and released.
Snoop Dogg and his representatives have yet to comment on the report.

The "Beautiful" hitmaker has been criticized by gossips in recent years for showing off a curvier figure, but Aguilera has chosen to ignore the massive media scrutiny - because she's perfectly happy in her own skin.
Speaking to reporters at a press conference for singing show "The Voice" on Friday, she said, "I've been in this business for a long time. I came out on the scene when I was 17 years old. You can never be too much of anything. You can never be too perfect, too thin, too curvy, voluptuous, this, that. I've been on all sides of the spectrum as far as any female in this business...
"As long as I'm happy in my own skin, that's all I need. I'm happy with where I'm at. I have a boyfriend that loves my body. I love my body. My son is healthy and happy. That's all that matters... I think my video works over the years have spoken to that... As you know, 'Dirty' and so on, and 'Lady Marmalade'. I've been no stranger to being very comfortable in my own skin to take those risks, to take those chances."

Jennifer Lopez eyes 'In Living Color' return...
Jennifer Lopez has given a boost to Keenan Ivory Wayans' upcoming "In Living Color" revival by volunteering to make an appearance on the comedy show.
The singer/actress landed her big break in 1991 when she was cast as a regular Fly Girl dancer on the comedy program, which is set to be revived in the spring.
JLo insists she'll be forever grateful to Wayans for supporting her before she was a star and admits she'd love to repay him by appearing in the update.
She comments, "I haven't heard from Wayans but if he called me and wanted me to do something, that would be awesome.
"I owe Keenan a lot. From the beginning of my career, he always believed in me, he always was constantly putting in my brain, 'You're gonna be a star, you�re gonna be a star, do you know that?' And he was a mentor to me so I wish him the best with that."
Wayans will host two half-hour specials, which will test the market for a full series.

The "90210" star sent out an uplifting message to one of her Twitter followers on Friday and posted an accompanying shot of herself she took in a bathroom mirror.
However, AnnaLynne was too quick to upload the over-the-shoulder image and she failed to realized the snap actually showed a side view of her bare breast.
AnnaLynne later removed the photo and replaced it with a cropped version.
