Hello Video Lovers,

The image of the bagpiper is as much Irish as it is Scottish (although the history of bagpipes is even much older than that). So in celebration of St. Patrick's Day I want to treat you to a video of a maniac who calls himself the Bad-Piper performing an unusual piece for the bagpipes.
