Jessica Simpson Dating Ex-NFL Player...
Looks like Jessica Simpson is back in the dating game,
with another football player.
Jessica, who dated Dallas Cowboys star Tony Romo for two
years, is dipping back into the NFL dating pool, seeing
former San Francisco 49ers tight end Eric Johnson.
"It's true," a source close to Jessica confirms, adding
that the pair have been dating since May.
Adds a friend of Jessica: "She is happy that she found a
great guy. She's really happy."
Jessica has been making other changes as well. On June 27,
the singer Tweeted: "I shocked my system with a vegan diet,
special Pu-erh tea from China and cupping since Friday!"
Jessica, who turns 30 on Saturday, has said that she's
working on her self-esteem and feels hopeful about
finding love.
"I think 30 is going to be a good year for me," the Price
of Beauty star said in May. "I can find love anywhere."

Paris Detained for Alleged Pot Smoking in South Africa...
Paris Hilton had another brush with the law, this time in
South Africa.
Paris was questioned by police Friday in Port Elizabeth
for allegedly smoking marijuana at the World Cup. She
was briefly detained outside the Nelson Mandela Bay
stadium, where she had been watching the World Cup
quarterfinal match between Brazil and the Netherlands.
But a rep for Paris says she's been cleared of any
wrongdoing.
"The incident was a complete misunderstanding and it was
actually another person in the group who did it," the rep
says. "The case has been dropped against Paris and no
charges will be made. The authorities have apologized for
wrongfully accusing her since she had nothing to do with
the incident."
The rep adds that Paris is "having an incredible time at
The World Cup and looks forward to going on a safari this
week.?
The heiress's latest legal trouble comes three years after
she went to jail for violating probation in an alcohol-
related driving case.

Office Costar Jenna Fischer Weds...
This is one Office romance that's going the distance.
Jenna Fischer and writer Lee Kirk tied the knot over the
weekend. "They were married on July 3 in front of family
and friends in Malibu," her rep confirms.
And according to Rainn Wilson, Jenna's costar on The
Office, the nuptials went off without a hitch. "Went to
the most beautiful wedding I've ever experienced," Rainn
Tweeted over the weekend. "Total Love, Jenna Fischer &
Lee Kirk!"
Last year, Jenna said that she planned to wed in an
intimate ceremony ? and that the most important part
of the wedding, besides family and friends, was food.
"I'm a foodie, so I want to have really good food," she
said. "We found a great caterer and had a two hour
tasting and I left so full."
Jenna and Lee got engaged last year while vacationing
together in Europe.
This is the first marriage for Lee and the second for
Jenna.

Dean McDermott Says He's 'Healing Slowly'...
After a motorcycle wreck left him in the hospital with a
punctured lung, Dean McDermott says he is on the mend.
"Happy 4th everyone!!!" he Tweeted on Sunday. "Feeling
better today."
Later in the evening, he added, "I'm healing, slowly. I'll
be doing rehab for a while. I messed a few things up when
I crashed."
Earlier in the week, his wife, Tori Spelling said, "He's
taking this as a sign and realizing family is too important
to risk his life."
Dean certainly seems focused on family, Tweeting about his
3-year-old son Liam with Tori.
"Tori asked Liam who his best friend was and he said, "Dean
is. He is my brother," Dean wrote. "Made me cry."
His wife retweeted the message and added, "Happy 4th of
Julyeveryone! Have a great and safe holiday!"
On Saturday, Dean shared details of his recovery.
"I had the worst night," he wrote. "Catheter cut me up
coming out. Unbelievable pain. I got a fever of 104 and
was throwing up. Fun, WOW!!!"
We're glad you're feeling better, Dean, but that might

Former beauty queen Carrie Prejean picked up a new title
on Friday: Mrs.
The former Miss California USA, who was stripped of her
crown last year, said "I do" to Oakland Raiders quarterback
Kyle Boller in San Diego.
The couple wed at Capella Church inside the Grand Del Mar
hotel. The bride wore a one-shoulder mermaid style gown
and her groom donned a traditional black tux. The couple
left their reception in a Rolls Royce.
Carrie and Kyle met last July and have been engaged since
February.

Melissa Etheridge's Ex Says She Was 'Blindsided'...
The day after Melissa Etheridge filed to formally end her
partnership with Tammy Lynn Michaels, her partner of nine
years is striking back.
Tammy, who has two children with the Melissa, took to her
blog Saturday to express her shock and dismay over
Melissa's filing.
In a post titled "blindsiding," Tammy writes, "gentle waves-
no noise for awhile - or maybe gentle voices and - SMACK!!!!!=
FILE FOR DIVORCE!!!!!! Even though we both promised - agreed =
- handshook - pinkyswore - no filing until after the tour -
in the fall."
But it seems her qualms about the end of the relationship
extend beyond just the timing.
"Her broken promises - told to me by - headlines - i'm
raising the kids - doing what i can - second set of yours,"
Tammy writes.
In Melissa's filing, she cited irreconcilable differences
as the reason for the split and asked that the court not
award Tammy's financial support. Tammy gave birth to the
couple's son Miller and daughter Johnnie in 2006.
"Could you stop blind sighting [sic] me?" she concludes.
"Unless it's another art form you're working on - have a
good concert."

It's Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom...
Khloe wed the Los Angeles Lakers basketball star in September
after a whirlwind romance, and the couple will chronicle its
life together, and Khloe's quest to get pregnant on the new
show.
Executives at TV network E! have yet to confirm plans for a
series.
The network is home to the Kardashian family's hit show
"Keeping Up With the Kardashians" and spin-off show "Khloe
and Kourtney Take Miami."
