Hutcherson undergoes surgery to fix his nose...

"The Hunger Games" star Josh Hutcherson is nursing a bruised face after undergoing surgery on his nose.

The actor was photographed sporting a bandage across his black-and-blue face after stepping out in Beverly Hills on Monday.

The 19-year-old went under the knife after breaking his nose, but didn't elaborate about his injury when tweeting about the surgery earlier this month.

Instead, Josh told fans he was keeping busy watching Jennifer Love Hewitt's TV show "The Client List" while recovering.

He wrote, "Just had surgery to fix my broken nose. Recovery sucks."

Jessica Simpson launching maternity line...

New mom Jessica Simpson has launched her own line of maternity wear.

The singer/fashion designer welcomed her first child, daughter Maxwell Drew, with fiance Eric Johnson on May 1, and she's already getting into mommy fashion by releasing her own collection of clothes for pregnant women called Jessica Simpson Maternity.

The line will be sold exclusively at Destination Maternity, Motherhood Maternity and Macy's this fall.

She comments, "I'm so excited to partner with Destination Maternity to design a collection of fashionable styles that make you look and feel great. You want to wear clothes that are flattering to your baby bump; you want to show your bump off."

The collection will feature "breezy, everyday pieces aimed at the modern mom-to-be who wants to maintain her fashion edge throughout her pregnancy," with prices starting at $36.

The brand is sure to be a hit with the 31-year-old's expectant fans. Jessica notoriously maintained her fashionable reputation throughout her pregnancy term, famously vowing to give birth in four-inch heels.

First plantiff withdraws Travolta sexual assault lawsuit...

A masseur who filed the first sexual battery lawsuit against John Travolta has moved to dismiss his case.

The plaintiff, identified only as John Doe, sued earlier this month, claiming the Grease star touched his genitals and sexually propositioned him during a massage at the Beverly Hills Hotel on January 16.

John's attorney Marty Singer immediately dismissed the allegations, stating, "This lawsuit is complete fiction and fabrication. None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred. The plaintiff, who refuses to give their name, knows that the suit is a baseless lie."

Singer went on to insist that his client wasn't even in California on the day the plaintiff claims to have met John, adding, "It can be proved that he was on the East Coast."

Photos and flight records subsequently backed up Singer's argument, showing John in New York on the day of the reported incident.

On Tuesday, the plaintiff filed dismissal papers in a California court, asking a judge to throw out his case, in which he demanded at least $2 million in damages, according to reports.

However, John - who is married to actress Kelly Preston - is still facing claims from a second anonymous masseur, who was reportedly sexually harassed by the actor on January 28th at a spa resort in Atlanta, Ga.

Singer has also blasted that lawsuit, insisting the accusation is "just as absurd and ridiculous as the first one."

Spears and Lovato confirmed as 'X Factor' girls...

Britney Spears and Demi Lovato have been officially unveiled as the new judges of TV talent show "The X Factor."

The "Toxic" superstar and singer/actress Lovato joined existing judges Simon Cowell and music mogul Antonio 'L.A.' Reid at the Fox network's Upfronts event in New York on Monday for the big announcement.

Britney sent out a photo of the foursome via her Twitter.com page, with the simple caption: "#britneyxfactor #SimonBritneyDemiLA."

And series creator Simon was delighted to finally share the news after weeks of speculation about his new judges.

He tweeted, "Can't believe it's finally happened. Very exciting!"

At the Upfronts event, Simon told TV reporters and bloggers, "Well, we delivered. Rumors are one thing, delivering is something else. This has taken a year to get where we've got to today and I am thrilled to be able to confirm, as you can see, the return of L.A. Reid, the addition of Demi Lovato and the superstar Britney Spears."

Britney told the crowd she was thrilled about her new appointment, adding, "I am so excited about this whole experience. It's gonna be so much fun and so different from anything I've ever done and I'm ready to find the true star."

And her new sidekick, Demi, said she's "totally stoked" to be a part of the show.

The singers replace ousted judges Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul.

The second season of "The X Factor" will kick off later this year.

It's Pink...

The "So What" hitmaker gave up her wild child ways when she became a first-time mom to daughter Willow Sage a year ago - and she made a pledge to get healthy so she could nurse her newborn, even if it cramped her recording style.

She tells Cosmopolitan, "I'm used to going into the studio and smoking and drinking until three in the morning. But I can't drink as much because Im breastfeeding. See this glass of wine? Before, I'd have, like, four of them. Now, one is good. Oh, and I quit smoking..."

But Pink insists she knows she has a long way to go before she can call herself a perfect mom: "I've exorcised a lot of my demons but I'm still working on myself. I think I'll be a work in progress for the rest of my life."
