Here's the Scoop....Pop superstar Justin Bieber is overjoyed he's turned 18 because he can finally oversee his own finances rather than rely on an allowance from his mother.
The "Baby" hitmaker has made millions since he shot to fame in his mid-teens, but had never been in control of his money until he became an adult on March 1.
Justin admits he loves splashing out on "dirtbikes and motorcycles" but is still careful about what he spends.
He comments, "Everything's changed (since I turned 18). I don't have an allowance any more which is good. I don't have access to all my money but I have a bank account so I can get money out."

Shia LaBeouf goes full-frontal in music video...Actor Shia LaBeouf has thrilled fans by stripping down in a new music video.
The "Transformers" star has given Icelandic band Sigur Ros a boost by appearing naked in their arty video for instrumental "Fjogur Piano," and seductively embracing blonde actress Denna Thomsen.
The erotic, seven-minute promo, designed to portray "a man and woman locked in a never-ending cycle of addiction and desire," was directed by filmmaker Alma Har'el.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the actor reportedly approached Har'el about working on the production after watching her film "Bombay Beach," which won the documentary feature prize at New York's Tribeca Film Festival last year.
This isn't the first time Shia has dabbled in the music industry - he recently financed and filmed a video to accompany the teaser trailer for Marilyn Manson's new album Born Villain.

Answer Below Bobby Brown Is Married...Less than 24 hours after his performing a New Edition concert in Honolulu, Bobby Brown and fiancee Alicia Etheredge tied the knot Monday, a source confirms.
The R&B star, 43, was surrounded by family and friends, including his older kids Landon, 23, La'Princia, 22, and Bobby Jr., 19, as well as Brown and Etheredge's only child together, Cassius, 3.
The groom wore a red suit and Adidas sneakers that matched those of Cassius, who served as ring bearer. Four young flower girls were in attendance. Bobby Jr. posted a photo of the wedding party on Instagram.
The couple became engaged in a very public way in 2010, when Bobby popped the question to Etheredge during a sold-out New Edition show in Jacksonville, Fla. Brown credited Etheredge with giving him a new lease on life following his 2007 divorce from Whitney Houston, who died in February.
"I got my passion back for music and for loving myself because of her," Bobby said in 2011 of Etheredge, who is also his manager.
One person noticeably absent from the celebration? Bobbi Kristina Brown, 19, the groom's daughter with Whitney Houston. Kristina and Bobby are not on good terms right now, according to a source.
As for a honeymoon, it appears to be a work trip: Bobby and Etheridge will continue traveling with the New Edition tour, which starts up again June 23 in Oakland, Calif.
Hilary Duff explains cigarette snap...New mom Hilary Duff has reached out to fans after she was photographed with a cigarette on a night out over the weekend, insisting she was just holding the stub for a friend.
The singer and actress, who gave birth to baby Luca in March, was on a rare evening out in Los Angeles, but she sent gossips into a spin by seemingly lighting up.
Hilary has now spoken out about the photo, saying she's "bummed" about the picture as she was only holding the cigarette for a pal.
In a post on her Twitter.com page, she writes, "Yikes me holding a cigarette for my friend might have been a bad idea! pretty bummed about the photo. Sorry guys, looks worst (sic) than it is!"

It's Jenny McCarthy...During an appearance on The Wendy Williams Show Tuesday, the Love in the Wild host, 39, regaled the audience with an embarrassing story about accidentally sending racy pictures to the wrong person via text message.
"It's horrific to remember. [My son, Evan, 10] woke up and was like, 'There's this weird thing on my gum.' I saw this abscess sticking out from his gum and I was like, 'Oh my gosh, that's disgusting!'
So I called the dentist and I was like, 'This is insane.' He's like, 'Take a picture and send it to me.'" McCarthy did as instructed. "I went to the bathroom and I was shoving my iPhone in his mouth. I'm taking a picture of it and I'm sending it to the dentist and I sent him a nude on accident!" she recalled. "I swear to God!"
The self-snapped photo in question was originally taken for her "new boyfriend," Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher, 34. "The dentist is, like, 80 years old. I literally screamed at the top of my lungs," Jenny said, laughing. "Is there an app? Like, 'Uh-oh! I Effed Up!'"
