Here's the Scoop....
It's a boy for actor and reality star Gary Busey and girlfriend
Steffanie Sampson.
The couple welcomed son Luke Sampson Busey at 6:40 a.m. Tuesday,
Feb. 23. The baby boy weighed in at 6 lbs., 7 oz.
"This feels like a dream," the couple said in a statement. "We
feel so blessed and are overwhelmed with happiness at
Luke's arrival."
Gary is already dad to a son, actor Jake Busey, and a daughter,
Alectra, from previous relationships.
The couple announced the pregnancy in December. Gary will next
be seen in the 2010 comedy Grown Ups.

Charlie Sheen Enters Rehab...
Actor Charlie Sheen has entered a rehabilitation facility,
his representative has announced.
The troubled star, who has a history of drug abuse, is taking
time out of filming his hit TV show "Two and a Half Men" to
turn to medical professionals as a "preventative measure,"
although further details about his treatment have not been
revealed.
In a statement released on Tuesday, February 23 Charlie's
spokesperson says, "As a preventative measure, Charlie Sheen
has entered a rehabilitation facility. He will take some time
off his series 'Two and a Half Men.' He has asked that his
privacy be honored. No further statements are planned."
Charlie's admission comes just two days after his wife Brooke
Mueller checked into a Los Angeles recuperation center after
a weekend security breach prompted her to leave the Malibu,
California rehab she checked into earlier this month.

Paula Abdul lands TV deal with Oprah...
Paula Abdul is following in the footsteps of talk show queen
Oprah Winfrey after signing a deal for her own TV series on
the mogul's new broadcasting network.
Paula stepped down from her last TV job, as a judge on hit
reality show "American Idol," in August 2009 following an
alleged pay dispute. She has since been replaced by chat
show host Ellen DeGeneres.
But Paula is preparing to relaunch her small screen career
by taping a one-hour pilot episode for the Oprah Winfrey
Network. The program will reportedly feature celebrity
guests and people telling inspirational stories in a similar
format to the media mogul's current chat show.
Meanwhile, Paula continues to fuel rumors she's to rejoin
former "American Idol" colleague Simon Cowell as a panelist
on the U.S. version of his British talent show "The X Factor."
Last week, Paula told reporters: "I'm going back to my roots
and doing a TV show that has something to do with my roots.
I knew that I would not be able to say certain things. I
want to be able to say everything right now, but I can't."
But Paula insists she can handle more than one TV spot. She
comments, "If Ellen DeGeneres can do it...so can I!"

Mary-Kate Olsen Splits from Boyfriend...
While she's busy checking out London Fashion Week frocks, is
Mary-Kate Olsen also shopping for a new boyfriend?
A rep for Mary-Kate has confirmed that she's no longer dating
her onetime beau, Nate Lowman, who she started seeing back in
2008. The National Enquirer reports that the couple split
before Valentine's Day. They were seen on Feb. 4, walking
together in New York City.
But Mary-Kate doesn't appear to be nursing a broken heart. She
was spotted at the Weinstein Co. and Universal Pictures post
BAFTA party in London last weekend, smooching actor Josh
Hartnett, according to a source.
"They were making out in a dark corridor of the party," the
source says. "Everyone danced all night." Mary-Kate's rep has
denied the two were kissing.

Jennifer Lopez leaves record label...
Jennifer Lopez's musical comeback is facing a setback, the
singer has parted ways with her longtime record label.
Jennifer was due to release her seventh studio album, "Love?,"
with Sony's Epic Records in April 2010 but the project has been
thrown into jeopardy following her departure from the label.
Jennifer's exit comes amid reports the album has not yet been
completed.
Her manager Benny Medina says in a statement: "Jennifer had a
wonderful relationship with the Sony Music Group, and they have
shared many successes together, but the time was right to make
a change that best serves the direction of her career as an
actress and recording artist. She is grateful and appreciative
to everyone at Sony for all that they accomplished together."
Jennifer, who put her career on hold after becoming a mom to
twins Max and Emme in 2008, has already endured a rough start
to hermusic revival, she fell on her backside while performing
at the American Music Awards in November 2009.

Jessica Simpson targeted by PETA activists over pig...
Jessica Simpson has been blasted by animal rights campaigners
for her desire to adopt a pig, they're accusing her of
flaunting pets as her "latest accessory."
Jessica was left devastated last year when her beloved dog
Daisy went missing, seemingly snatched by a coyote, and
confessed she wanted another pet to dote on.
She took to her Twitter.com page on Monday and told her
followers, "I'm thinking about getting a pet pig. Does this
mean I'll have to give up pork?"
But activists at People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals
(PETA) have hit out at Jessica for considering owning the
farm pet.
A PETA spokesperson says, "Pigs, who are smarter than dogs
and every bit as sensitive to pain and stress, don't belong
in Jessica's stomach or carted around as her latest accessory."
The comments come just months after Paris Hilton was slammed
by PETA chiefs for adopting a pot bellied pig.

Both of these actors turned down the starring role in James

It's Matt Damon and Jake Gyllenhaal...
"I don't think they ever had a problem with the CG," James said.
"Honestly, did I go out and try to woo them? No. I had my heart
set on Sam. Maybe they sensed my lack of 100 percent commitment
from me. Maybe it was the subject matter. This was a big Star
Wars-type movie. They're both serious actors."
Instead, Sam Worthington, who was living in his car while
struggling to become an actor, got the part. James says that he
only approached big-name stars to please the movie studio, but
Sam was always his first choice.
Sam has already signed up for the sequel to the flick, which has
earned more than $2.5 billion in theaters worldwide.
Jake next stars in Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. Matt is
up for best actor in a supporting role for drama Invictus.
