Paul McCartney's ex-wife Heather Mills is facing legal action
from her former publicists, who allege she tried to fix
"Celebrity Apprentice" to win the show.
Bosses at publicity company Parapluie are suing the former model
over unpaid fees totaling $168,000, and in the explosive lawsuit
they've accused her of lying and cheating.
Heather's former reps claim they lined her up for a stint on
Donald Trump's reality series in 2008, but she refused to accept
the gig unless it was guaranteed she would be crowned the winner.
Trump snubbed her demand and she was dropped from the line-up.
The legal documents also allege Heather only gave a portion of
her earnings from "Dancing With The Stars" to charity, despite
her vow to donate all the money to a good cause.
Paul and Heather's marriage ended in divorce in 2008

Serena Williams Suffers Pulmonary Embolism...
Serena Williams looked stunning at Sunday night's Elton John
AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party, but privately
the tennis ace was struggling with a serious health scare that
took a dramatic turn on Monday.
Serena, 29, had been spotted at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in
Los Angeles several times over the past week. When contacted
about the visits, her rep, Nicole Chabot, confirmed the
athlete's heath status.
"Monday Serena Williams underwent emergency treatment at Cedars
for a hematoma she suffered as a result of treatment for a more
critical situation," the rep says in an exclusive statement.
"Last week, Serena suffered from a pulmonary embolism [a blood
clot in the lungs] which was discovered upon her return to L.A.
She had been in New York for doctor appointments for the ongoing
issues with her foot."
The rep added, "Doctors are continuing to monitor her situation
closely to avoid additional complications."
Sister Venus, meanwhile, says she has been talking to her sister
every day. "She's doing okay," she says, adding, "She's in good
spirits."

Charlie Sheen Surrenders His Children to Police...
Charlie Sheen got a reality check Tuesday evening when police
officers visited his Beverly Hills mansion to take his twin
boys out of his custody.
The move comes after his ex Brooke Mueller won a restraining
order in Los Angeles Superior Court earlier in the day based
on recent allegations that Sheen was physically and verbally
abusive to her, according to her legal declaration.
"I am very concerned that Charlie is currently insane," Brooke
stated in the document. "I am in great fear that he will find
me and attack me and I am in great fear for the children's
safety while in his care."
Judge Hank M. Goldberg stripped Charlie of custody of his boys,
for now, and forbade him from communicating with Brooke or
getting within 100 yards of her or the kids.
Brooke alleges that Charlie took their twins, Bob and Max, 23
months, from her residence without her permission on Feb. 26
and had withheld them from her since then, according to the
court documents.
Charlie "rarely saw our children [since our Dec. 25 domestic
incident] and only recently began to show any interest in them,"
Brooke stated.
When she tried to get the twins back, Charlie allegedly
threatened, "I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send
it to your mom," she said.
She also alleged that while on vacation in the Bahamas last week
with his two girlfriends, he launched into a tirade against
Brooke, punched her in the arm, spat on her feet and "threatened
to stab my eye with a pen knife," the documents show.
A hearing is set for March 22 to determine whether to extend
the restraining order. Both Charlie and Brooke are required to
attend.

Scarlett Johansson & Sean Penn Take Whirlwind Trip to Mexico...
It was a short getaway, but Sean Penn and Scarlett Johansson
made the most of it.
The pair left on a private jet on Tuesday morning, then were
spotted having dinner in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, that night,
according to sources. Early Wednesday morning, they returned
to Los Angeles where Scarlett is shooting the film We Bought
a Zoo with Matt Damon.
On the menu during their Mexican meal? Sean, 50 and Scarlett,
26, reportedly enjoyed lobster and, of course, margaritas.
Earlier this week, the twosome were seen sharing a casual lunch
at the popular Los Angeles Cuban restaurant, Versailles, where
Scarlett had her leg draped over Sean.
On Feb. 5, the couple raised eyebrows when they stayed unusually
close to each other at a party celebrating Black Swan at the L.A.
hotspot Sunset Tower Hotel, then reportedly left together. "They
were flirting with each other all night, pretty much ignoring
everyone else," a source said at the time.
Scarlett's rep said at the time that they the two were not
dating.
Neither of their reps have commented on the pair's most recent
sightings.
Scarlett and Ryan Reynolds, 34, split in December after two
years of marriage. In August of 2009, Robin Wright, 44, filed
for divorce from Penn. The couple had been married 13 years.

Bieber can sell anything.
A lock of his freshly-chopped tresses, which he?d gifted to
Ellen DeGeneres in a signed box the day after his much-buzzed-
about cut, was put to auction on eBay last week, and today, sold
for a whopping $40,668.
The entire sum will be donated to animal rescue organization The
Gentle Barn Foundation, per Ellen, and the winning bidder will
get to meet the teen superstar the next time he appears on The
Ellen Show.
Justine and Ellen shared a few silly Tweets leading up to his
talk show appearance last week, with the host asking the singer
to bring her a ?surprise? when he visited. After receiving
Justin?s hair, Ellen immediately put it on eBay, and within an
hour the bid was already up to $10,000.
No word on who Wednesday?s winning bidder was just yet, but no
doubt that today there?s one less lonely girl out there!

Joan Collins taken to hospital after feeling faint at Oscars bash
TV legend Joan Collins was taken to the hospital during the post
Oscars Vanity Fair party after her figure-hugging dress left her
feeling faint.
The "Dynasty" star attended the magazine's bash at Hollywood's
Sunset Tower Hotel in a tight-fitting lilac gown, but after
mixing with A-listers for several hours, the 77 year old began
to feel dizzy.
Her concerned husband Percy Gibson called an ambulance for his
wife, and medics decided to rush Joan to a nearby hospital for
tests.
She was relieved when doctors gave her the all-clear, and blames
her corseted dress for the fuss.
Joan says, "We had been there for seven hours, and I started
feeling dizzy. I tried to get some air, but I felt really faint.
I wanted to leave in our limo, but Percy decided to call an
ambulance. We went to the hospital, and they did all the tests
before the doctors told me I was absolutely fine and released me.
"The truth was, I made the wrong decision to wear a very tight
dress, and had something rather like a Victorian swoon. The good
news is, I am in good health and feel fine today."

Farrelly Brothers are considering 'Dumb & Dumber' sequel...
Filmmaking siblings Peter and Bob Farrelly are in secret talks
to revive the "Dumb & Dumber" comedy franchise, with Jim Carrey
and Jeff Daniels returning as dimwitted best pals Harry and
Lloyd.
The brothers admit they're continually approached by fans of
the 1994 movie, who quote lines to them, and now they're
seriously considering bringing their madcap creations back for
a sequel.
Bob Farrelly reveals, "'Dumb and Dumber' has run a bunch of
times on TV in the States, and kids will come up and they'll
be able to quote lines from that, lines that I've long
forgotten.
"If we could get those two guys back together, Jim Carrey and
Jeff Daniels, that might be a worthwhile sequel, and that ball
is in motion. We're starting to think about what those two
dimwits would be doing 20 years later in life."
The original film spawned a poorly received prequel, "Dumb and
Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd," which featured Eric Christian
Olsen and Derek Richardson in the roles made famous by Jim and
Jeff.

Vanessa Hudgens is reportedly dating actor Josh Hutcherson
following her December split from Zac Efron.
The "High School Musical" co-stars ended their three-year

screening together.
And Vanessa appears to be moving on from the relationship too.

The "Crazy In Love" hitmaker has spent the last year away from
the spotlight to spend quality time with her husband, rapper
Jay-Z, and the singer reveals she used her break to try out a
few new hobbies.
She comments, "I did all these things I wanted to do that I
don't have time for. I set up a production company, learned how
to edit, did a bit of recording and directed a DVD. What was
great was having this normal life of sleeping, getting up, going
to an office and then coming home. Coming home is a wonderful
thing...
"I even did some cooking, although I didn't really enjoy that.
I'm not the greatest cook - I can do good things with oxtail,
though. It was great just having the time to be a wife rather
than this non-stop traveling career girl."
