Hi Everyone,
I hope everyone enjoyed their holiday
weekend. I know I sure did...I swam, eat so much, and
hung out with friends and family. Now I can't wait for
Labor Day, so I can have another long extended weekend
:)
Now for the hints....
Be
Handy,
Holly
Hint #1:
Next time you do laundry, save money on
stain removers. What do you do with the little bars of
leftover soap? Use a mesh bag from potatoes or oranges,
and collect the soaps. Tie the bag closed. Once the
washer is running, get the bag of soaps wet and treat
collar stains, mud, and other surprises.
Hint #2:
Use paper towels and paper napkins
sparingly. Purchase ten or twelve lightweight dishtowels
to use as napkins. Or buy some extra washcloths. They
can be used over and over. Paper towels cost $1.00+ a
roll. If you use one a week, that is $52.00, versus
$3.00 spent once.
