Here's the Scoop....
Jake Pavelka and fiancee Vienna Girardi didn't cope so well
after the Bachelor star was booted off DWTS.
Before the elimination show even started, Jake, who had the
lowest score Monday after stumbling during his samba, and
Vienna huddled together, held hands and prayed.
When his name was called, Jake and Vienna looked devastated.
Jake mouthed to her, "It's OK."
After Jake cried his way through his farewell speech, he
eventually made his way over to his fiancee, whom he called
"beautiful" in his closing show remarks.
The couple looked absolutely miserable and inconsolable as
they hugged and chatted when the cameras went off.
"Well guys, I did everything I could," he Twittered. "Layed
[sic] it all out there on the dance floor. I'm pretty bumbed
[sic]... :("
Interestingly, Jake and his dancing Chelsie Hightower parted
ways immediately after cameras stopped rolling, hardly
appearing as the best friends Jake has claimed they are.
A DWTS insider previously said that he has made her "cry." The
source said, "She tries to help Jake, pointing out where he
went wrong in rehearsal. But he feels Chelsie's picking on him."

Sandra Bullock unveils her baby & Files For Divorce...
In public, Sandra Bullock has been through the best and worst
of times this year ? from winning her first Oscar to enduring
the breakup of her marriage. In private, she was quietly
keeping a joyful secret ? his name is Louis, and he is her
newborn son.
"He's just perfect, I can't even describe him any other way,"
Sandra reveals, announcing that she is the proud mother of
Louis Bardo Bullock, a 3½-month-old boy, born in New Orleans.
"It's like he's always been a part of our lives."
Sandra and husband Jesse James, began the adoption process
four years ago and brought Louis home in January but decided
to keep the news to themselves until after the Oscars. Their
close friends and family, including Jesse's children Sunny, 6,
Jesse Jr., 12, and Chandler, 15 ? were essential in keeping
the adoption a secret.
Then, just 10 days after the March 7 Oscars, Sandra and Jesse
separated following reports Jesse had cheated. Sandra says she
is now finalizing the adoption as a single parent.
Sandra also wants out of her nearly five-year marriage to Jesse.
"Yes, I have filed for divorce," Sandra says, in which she also
reveals she has adopteda son, 3½-month-old Louis.
A rep for Sandra confirms the star filed legal papers seeking
to end her marriage, but declines to specify in what
jurisdiction they are filed. Sandra comments, "I'm sad and I
am scared."
It was a cheating scandal that rocked the couple's marriage,
with several women claiming to have had illicit affairs with
Jesse.
Jesse made his public apology to Sandra and his three kids,
and recently returned home after a 30-day stay in a treatment
facility where he sought help for "personal issues."

Bret Michaels Suffers a 'Minor Setback'...
As Bret Michaels begins what may be a slow and painful recovery
from a brain hemorrhage, the rocker got another round of bad
news at the intensive care unit: He was diagnosed with a side
effect that leads to seizures, his reps says.
"Bret remains under 24-hour observation in the ICU and is in
positive spirits. He is responding well to tests and treatments,"
the reps say in a statement. "Even though today was a minor
setback, doctors remain hopeful for a full recovery."
Bret is conscious and in critical but stable conditionat the
unidentified hospital after suffering a type of stroke called
a subarachnoid hemorrhage, which causes bleeding in the fluid-
filled spaces around the base of the brain.
Additional tests are planned to find the cause of the rupture,
his reps say, adding, "Many people are speculating Bret's head
injury suffered from a prop striking the singer at the Tony
Awards last June is the cause." But for many patients with this
condition, no cause is often found.

Sources on the set of The Hills fear that Heidi Pratt is
developing a dangerous addiction to painkillers just months
after her recovery from plastic surgery.
"She's a shell of her former self," a show says. A rep for
Heidi comments, "This is completely ridiculous.")
Indeed, Heidi and her husband, Spencer, have developed
increasingly weird behavior. While their 2008 elopement
to Mexico was done with a knowing wink, they're recently
"crossed over to this bizarre place," the source says.
Case in point: Heidi only agreed to get 10 plastic surgery
procedures in one day last November "because she knew it would
be a huge story," an insider says.
"They are addicted to the fame," the source says. "As The Hills

Pals say they've always had a thirst for fame, especially
