Prince William and Kate Middleton's royal wedding this month
won't just be one for the history books. It could be one for
the record books, too.
So which official Guinness World Records do the royal couple
have a chance of breaking?
The most obvious record is the size of the TV audience for a
wedding, which was set in 1981 by William's parents, Charles
and Diana.
But that's just the beginning...
Some 750 million people in 74 countries tuned in for Prince
Charles and Lady Diana Spencer's nuptials on July 29, 1981.
Some observers believe William and Kate's wedding could draw
1 billion viewers; others think it might not even match the
750 million.

Pregnant Mariah Carey poses nude with Nick Cannon...
Parents-to-be Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon will have a
lasting memory of the singer's pregnancy, they've posed nude
for a series of arty photos.
The couple is due to welcome twins within weeks and the
"Hero" hitmaker decided to strip off to commemorate her
impending motherhood, posing naked in the same vein as
Demi Moore's iconic Vanity Fair shot in 1991.
Nick reveals he wanted to get in on the act and joined his
wife for the intimate images, which now decorate their Los
Angeles home, but he admits he's already dreading the day
his kids are old enough to realize the naked shoot isn't
normal.
Speaking on his radio show on Tuesday, he says, "My children
are going to have to see these pictures... It's a little
weird.
"When they get older and their friends come over... they will
see the pictures and say, 'Your daddy's butt naked!'"
Mariah already turned her pregnancy into an art form last
month when she adorned her bulging belly with a painting of
a big butterfly and posted the shot online.

Lohan offered Sharon Tate role in Charles Manson film...
The director of an upcoming Charles Manson biopic has
confirmed Lindsay Lohan has been offered the role of Sharon
Tate.
Lindsay is in negotiations to play the pregnant pin-up, who
was killed by Manson and his followers, according to Tyler
Shields.
Tate was married to filmmaker Roman Polanski at the time of
her death in 1969.
Shields is confident that Lohan will sign on for the
controversial role, telling EW.com, "We've worked together
many, many times. She asked me about Eyes of a Dreamer...
and I said, 'Oh you should be Sharon Tate.' And she was
like, 'That would be amazing.'"
But Lohan might have to pass on the role - if she's
sentenced to serve time in prison after allegedly violating
probation by stealing a necklace from a Venice, California
jewelry store.
The director hopes to begin filming on July 15 - a week
before the actress' next court date in the ongoing legal
drama.
Shields says, "We have to shoot the movie this year, so I
don't know. We'll have to cross that bridge when we come to
it. Hopefully that's not the case."

Chely Wright Is Engaged...
Less than a year after coming out, Chely Wright is engaged.
"Out country singer Chely Wright and her fiancée, Lauren
Blitzer, a GLBT Civil Rights activist have set a date and
plan to be married in Connecticut Aug. 20," Chely's rep
tells. "They met through their youth advocacy work, and say
that their passion for Scrabble holds them together."
Chely hid her sexuality up until last May for fear of being
shunned by the country music community.
She struggled with depression and even considered suicide,
has since become outspoken about her sexuality, and penned
a memoir, Like Me: Confessions of a Heartland Country Singer,
in which discussed her journey.
"Nothing in my life has been more magical than the moment I
decided to come out," she said last year.

Amanda Bynes's Dog Dies...
Amanda Bynes took to Twitter to share some sad news: Her
teacup Pomeranian has died.
On Tuesday, Amanda reported that Little Angel "got out of my
house somehow and is LOST."
Asking her 53,000 Twitter followers for help, she added, "If
anyone finds her I BEG you to please contact me thru
Twitter," even offering a reward.
Amanda, who frequently posted pictures of her puppy on
Twitter, shared a recent one of the caramel-coated Pom. Later
that day, she followed up to say that "Little Angel is in
heaven now. RIP I love you."
Little Angel was just 4 months old.

Meredith Vieira Leaving Today Show...
For Meredith Vieira, there may be no tomorrow at Today.
Weary of the early hours and concerned about her husband, who
has multiple sclerosis, Meredith is expected to leave as co-
anchor when her contract expires later this year.
Meridith, 57, took the job in 2006 when Katie Couric became
anchor at the CBS Evening News.
Katie, 54, is also reportedly leaving.
