Here's the Scoop....
There's a storm hitting the hit Discovery show Deadliest Catch.
Three of the programs stars, captains Sig Hansen and Johnathan
and Andy Hillstrand, are retiring ? from reality TV.
The three crab fishermen are leaving the show, due to litigation
with Discovery.
"We have been through a lot over the past year and unfortunately
given the current situation with Discovery we are unable to
continue participating in Deadliest Catch, they said in a joint
statement.
The network sued the Hillstrand brothers for $3 million in
September, claiming they failed to finish production on their
planned spin-off, Hillstranded.
"It has been a fantastic ride, and we wish the best to all of
the amazing and supportive Catch fans we have met over the
years," the captains added.
Their departure comes after a highly emotional season, which
documented the death of beloved Captain Phil Harris, who died
of stroke complications at 53.

Katherine Heigl hurt in horse riding accident...
Katherine Heigl is having second thoughts about becoming an
equestrian after injuring herself in a horse riding accident
at her Utah ranch.
The "Knocked Up" star recently took up competitive horse
training on her sprawling 25-acre estate, but admits she's
"having a hard time getting back in the saddle" after losing
control and splitting her knee open in a fall.
She explains, "I have no idea what I'm doing... it's very
difficult.
"He (the horse) is great and he wasn't trying to kill me but I
just lost control and I couldn't stop him. The more upset I'd
get, the faster he'd go. He was running into the walls and I
just leaped off of him into these iron bars and I stood there
bleeding watching him go berserk and I went, 'What have I done?'"
And the actress admits she's lucky she jumped off when she did,
because her injuries could have been much worse. She says, "I
split my fingernail open and cut my knee, it wasn't that bad.
I didn't break anything.

Lindsay Lohan back in rehab...
Lindsay Lohan has checked into a rehabilitation facility in
Southern California in a desperate bid to kick her drug demons
once and for all.
The "Mean Girls" star, who has been in and out of jail and rehab
in recent weeks, was placed behind bars for a 30-day sentence
without bail on Friday after violating her probation and failing
two mandatory drug tests.
Her attorney appealed Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden S.
Fox's surprise decision and won Lindsay the right to walk free
hours later after posting $300,000 bail.
And the troubled star is hoping to overcome her personal problems
by the time she is next due in court on October 22nd, by
voluntarily admitting herself into a treatment center on Tuesday.

James Van Der Beek is a dad...
"Dawson's Creek" star James Van Der Beek is a first-time dad
after welcoming a daughter over the weekend.
The actor's wife Kimberly Brook gave birth to baby Olivia on
Saturday and James announced the news via his Twitter page.
In a series of posts, he wrote, "Had the blessing of becoming a
father over the weekend... Couldn't come close to describing
this bliss even if I had 140 million characters... I apologize
in advance for any obnoxiously precious new-dad Tweets that may
follow. I'm under her spell..."
James wed Kimberly last month. He was previously married to
actress Heather Ann McComb.

Laila Ali: 'I'm Pregnant Again!'...
Laila Ali is expecting: The former Dancing With the Stars contestant
and American Gladiator host exclusively shares in a video message.
"I am pregnant again! I'm three months, and I'm so excited, my
family is excited," says a beaming Laila. "I'm hoping it's a girl
this time!"
Due in early April 2011, this will be the second child together for
Laila, 32, and husband Curtis Conway, 39, who married in July 2007.
Their first child, son Curtis Jr. ? whom they call C.J. ? is 2.
Laila says her father, boxing legend Muhammad Ali, is excited about
becoming a grandfather again.
"My dad is an excellent grandfather," she says. "He loves kids. He
loves to kiss them to death."
A former world-class boxer herself, Laila admits it's a challenge
to maintain an exercise regime during pregnancy.
"I've noticed I'm putting on weight faster this time, I started
showing sooner," she says. "Staying fit is a challenge, even if
you are a former athlete such as myself, because you just don't
have the energy that you used to have. Also, I have to hold
myself back because I want to work harder than I'm able to."
When it comes to nutrition, "Pregnancy isn't 'I can eat whatever I
want,' because you have to remember you're going to be stuck with
a lot of that weight afterwards that you need to try to get off.
So I don't recommend 'grubbing,'" she says, admitting she succumbs
to the occasional pregnancy craving.
"I have cravings all the time, even when I'm not pregnant," Laila
says. "I made a strawberry shortcake last night." And? "It was
great."

Seth Rogen is Engaged...
"Knocked Up" star Seth Rogen has proposed to his longtime girlfriend.
Seth has been dating writer/actress Lauren Miller since 2004. Both
are 28.
A source close to the couple tells Life & Style magazine, "He
surprised her with the proposal. She'd started giving up hope
that he would ever pop the question."
Seth is sure to be one happy man. He previously stated, "I have a
girlfriend who is far prettier than I should have."

Paris Hilton turns to charity work...
Paris Hilton is hoping to put her recent drug conviction firmly
behind her by turning her attentions to charity work.
The socialite was handed a one-year suspended sentence and ordered
to attend an "intensive" substance abuse program after pleading
guilty to cocaine possession following her arrest in Las Vegas
last month.
Paris subsequently scrapped a promotional tour after she was
refused entry to Japan because of her drugs bust, and since she
has been back home in California, the hotel heiress appears to
have adopted a "healthy" new lifestyle with gym sessions and a
new diet.
And now Paris is making plans to visit sick kids at The Children's
Hospital in Los Angeles this week to teach them how to paint.
In a post on Twitter, she writes, "Went to Michael's Art Supply
Store today, bought a lot of fun art projects. Going to The
Children's Hospital this week to do art with them."
The news comes just days after Lindsay Lohan, who was jailed twice
this summer, made a trip to visit homeless teenagers at a shelter
in L.A. The outing came just two days after Lindsay was released
from prison on bail, stemming from a probation violation and two
failed drug tests.

Justin comments, "I have a team of people that (update my Facebook).
I'm involved with it... but they're there every day. I'm admittedly
really stupid when it comes to computers. Seriously, I think as far
as I go is like downloading my own music on iTunes, that's as far
as I really go."
