Here's the Scoop...

Apparently, there's a remake of 'The Rocky Horror Picture Show' coming to FOX. Do we really need this? No, we don't! But it's gonna happen anyway.

So the latest incarnation of The Rocky Horror Picture Show will air in October, just in time for Halloween, Fox announced Monday.

Billed as "a brand-new reimagining of the cult-classic midnight movie 40 years in the making," the 2-hour musical will feature Victoria Justice, Ryan McCartan and Laverne Cox as Janet, Brad and Dr. Frank-N-Furter, respectively.

Tim Curry -- who originally played Frank-N-Furter on the big screen -- will narrate the torrid tale.

The story follows sweethearts who "stumble upon flirtatious mad scientist Dr. Frank-N-Furter's bizarre abode during his annual Transylvanian science convention," a press release said.

Co-starring with Curry in the original, 1975 B-movie were Susan Sarandon and Barry Bostwick. In my opinion, the movie is only good for about 30 minutes and then it gets stale. I do love the 'Time Warp' though.

Be Well,
Steve

Kit Harington says he revealed Jon Snow's fate to get out of speeding ticket
British actor Kit Harington says he revealed his Game of Thrones character's fate to a police officer in order to get out of a speeding ticket.

Harington plays Jon Snow on the medieval fantasy series. He was killed at the end of Season 5, but then magically revived in Season 6 when the show returned months later.

Appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the actor recalled an incident in which he divulged Snow's fate to escape getting a fine for speeding on his way home from his parents' house. The Tonight clip of Harington telling the story has been seen nearly 200,000 times since it was posted on YouTube Saturday.

"I looked at him and went, 'I'm alive next season,'" the actor confessed. "[The officer] says: 'On your way, Lord Commander. Keep the speed down this far south of the wall.'"

'Castle' stars Nathan Fillion, Stana Katic address cancellation
Nathan Fillion and Stana Katic are saying goodbye to ABC series Castle.

The 45-year-old actor and 38-year-old actress, who play Richard Castle and Kate Beckett on the police procedural, addressed fans on social media following news the show will end after Season 8.

"All things must end. It has been an honor working with the men and women of Castle. I am truly amazed at what we've done. Thank you all," Fillion tweeted Friday.

"Dear Every Director, It appears I have an opening in my schedule," he added. "Dear Fans, In whatever project I do next, loudly notice how unlike Castle and fresh and versatile I am. Thanks."

Katic, meanwhile, posted a photo of a handwritten note she penned to fans. The actress was previously confirmed to be leaving the series, but ABC had yet to decide if it would renew Castle for Season 9 with Fillion as the sole star.

"Dear Castle fans, cast & crew: Your devotion to our show has carried us for these unforgettable 8 seasons. I'm lucky to have met & worked with & for the lot of you. I will always be grateful," Katic wrote.

Castle's cancellation follows rumors of on-set conflict between Fillion and Katic. Sources had told The Hollywood Reporter Katic was unhappy on the series, although Fillion wished his co-star well after the earlier news of her departure.

"The two were basically not speaking to each other if it wasn't in character," a source told People. The magazine also reported Fillion and Katic filmed two different versions of the Season 8 finale, which will bring the show to a close May 16.
