Here's the Scoop....
Natalie Portman just announced she's engaged and expecting
a baby with fiancé Benjamin Millepied, but in a new movie,
she's playing a woman who sleeps with her married boss and
then loses a baby.
In The Other Woman, based on Ayelet Waldman's 2006 novel
Love and Other Impossible Pursuits, Natalie's character has
an affair with her boss, who eventually leaves his wife.
Her character becomes pregnant and then loses her newborn
child. The film, which will be available on demand Jan. 1
and out in limited release Feb. 4, follows the woman's
struggle to cope with the tragedy while building a
relationship with her new stepson.
Natalie, who is nominated for a Golden Globe for her role
in Black Swan, will also be seen in No Strings Attached, a
romantic comedy out Jan. 21, costarring Ashton Kutcher.

LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian Are Engaged...
LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian are making it official.
"Yes, they were engaged over the holidays and are very
happy," her rep says.
A source adds that the couple, who spent Christmas at home
in Los Angeles, "had family and close friends in town who
helped them celebrate."
LeAnn, 28, and Eddie, 37, were spotted on a Malibu beach on
Monday, where she was wearing a new engagement ring.
The platinum sparkler features a 5-carat oval diamond set
in rose gold fleur-de-lis connected to the band, according
to a source.
"The couple wanted an antique feel, but a new ring," says
the source, who adds that LeAnn and Eddie designed the
ring together with the actor's childhood friend Brent
Polacheck at Polacheck Jewelers.
On Monday afternoon, LeAnn thanked fans for their support,
writing on Twitter, "Thank you for all your well wishes!!
We are extremely excited and look forward to a beautiful
future. It's been an incredible last few days, I was
shocked!!! We are blessed, our families are so happy and
our lives are filled with love."

Teen Mom's Amber Portwood Jailed...
Just a few hours after criminal charges were filed against
Teen Mom star Amber Portwood stemming from a physical
altercation with her ex-fiancé Gary Shirley, the reality
TV star was put behind bars.
"Domestic battery has an automatic 24 hold," an officer at
the Madison County jail in Anderson, Indiana where Amber is
being held. "Even if someone pays your bond, you still have
to wait 24 hours to be released."
Earlier on Monday, Amber was charged by the Madison County
prosecutor with three felonies, including two counts of
domestic battery and one count of neglect of a dependent.
She was also charged with one misdemeanor charge of
domestic battery. She was booked at 4:21 p.m. and bail was
set at $5,000.
In September, Amber expressed concern that one day her d
aughter Leah, 2, would see the footage of her slapping
Gary.
"I don't want her to see that and think that it's okay,"
Amber said at the time, noting that she and Gary had vowed
never to have another physical altercation. "We made that
decision because of Leah."

Elton John & David Furnish Are New Dads...
It was very merry Christmas for Sir Elton John.
The singer, 62, and husband David Furnish, 48, welcomed son
Zachary Jackson Levon Furnish-John on Dec. 25, John's rep
confirms.
The 7 lb., 15 oz., baby was delivered via surrogate in
California.
"We are overwhelmed with happiness and joy at this very
special moment," the couple, who exchanged vows in a civil
ceremony in 2005, said in a statement. "Zachary is healthy
and doing really well, and we are very proud and happy
parents."
Just last year, David said they were going to wait to start
a family until Elton was ready to come off the road.
"We don't want to put the raising of children into the hands
of nannies and housekeepers," said David. "We want to be
active parents. We have godchildren [and] kids that we
support in Africa, so we're fine."

Kelly Osbourne Slams Ex-Fiancé on Twitter...
Kelly Osbourne isn't sending holiday cheer to former fiancé
Luke Worrall this season.
In fact, the reality star calls her ex "the biggest piece
of s??" in a Tweet she posted Monday as part of an online
rant that included accusations he was "trying to get back
w/ me" while sleeping with "100's of girls."
Kelly even posted an warning: "All he did was use me," she
said, "all girls beware!"
Luke, a British model, responded Tuesday, saying simply,
"lies on twitter awesome."
Her Tweet barrage seemingly began on Christmas when Kelly
Tweeted she had "just found something out that has hurt my
feelings so bad."
The Tweets continued the next day: "I think the best part
of this situation is that I have been painted out 2 be the
crazy 1 when all I did was tell the honest to gods truth,"
she wrote. "Thank god for family that's all I have to say."
But, to the contrary, she continued to post angry messages.
"He used me for my money and a free ride he is lucky I am
not spilling the hole truth about what he did!" she Tweeted
Monday. "He is the worst thing that ever happened to me ...
darling ur pretty face will only get you so far because u
don't have the brains to back it up."

Boxes of toys, chocolate, other sweets and clothes were
shipped with a handwritten note from the star, which read,
"To my Malawi children on Christmas and Boxing Day. I wish
I was with you. See you soon M."
Inside the goodie boxes were miniature Christmas cards
signed by Madonna, Lourdes and Rocco.
