Just months after her split from husband Marc Anthony, Jennifer Lopez, 42, might have a new man.
JLo, who was most recently linked to actor Bradley Cooper, has been getting cozy with her backup dancer, 24-year-old Casper Smart, according to reports. Casper has also appeared in films, including "Honey 2 and "Step Up 3D."
A source tells People, "Yes, [JLo and Casper] are dating and having a good time."
Even if the rumors regarding Casper are true, don't expect to hear JLo gushing about the relationship anytime soon. The singer has vowed to keep her future romances private.
She previously dated choreographer and dancer Chris Judd. The two married in September 2001, but divorced less than a year later.

Biggest Loser: Anna Kournikova Out as Trainer...
Anna Kournikova's time on The Biggest Loser ranch has come to an end.
The tennis pro-turned-trainer will not be returning for the next season of NBC's weight loss reality show, her rep confirms.
According to reports, staffers clashed with Anna, 30, while some contestants found her unsympathetic.
But her rep says that "Anna was 100 percent not fired from the show."
Anna issued a statement saying, "I enjoyed my time on the Biggest Loser ranch. Although I will not be returning as a full time trainer on season 13, I will always be a part of The Biggest Loser family and my commitment to bettering lives through health and fitness will continue."
"The show just wasn't the right fit for her," a source close to Anna adds.
While Joe Mitchell, who was sent home from the ranch last week, says that Anna fixed him, other contestants felt she had additional issues to contend with.
"One of the things about The Biggest Loser is that there's a difference between someone being able to train people versus training overweight people," former contestant Patrick House, who enjoyed his time working with Anna, reveals. "Bob and Jillian are great at training obese people and pushing them to their limits and getting more and more. I think you have to adapt to that and I think that's what she struggled with."
The former tennis pro certainly had big shoes to fill after Jillian Michaels' departure at the end of season 11.
"I think one thing Anna did was that she never tried to be Jillian," Biggest Loser alum Hannah Curlee said. "For her that was her biggest achievement. Because no one else is going to be Jillian, no one is going to replace her."
Fellow contestant Olivia Ward agrees. "Anna came in and tried to carve out her own niche," she explains. "I have to give her kudos for that."
Rihanna to scale back her sexy image...
Sexy singer Rihanna is toning down her outrageous outfits as she promotes new album Talk That Talk in a bid to ensure the focus is on her music.
The "Umbrella" hitmaker is known for her sexy stage costumes and bold hairstyles, but now she's sporting a more natural look to avoid becoming a "gimmick."
Speaking on Ryan Seacrest's radio show, Rihanna explains, "I kinda just wanted to scale right back instead of having a look. I didn't want to make it such a big deal about what hair color or what cut (I have). I just wanted to go right back to something simple and something flexible, something a little more natural. It's more about the music. I don't want to become a gimmick - ever. Well, I ran out of (hair) colors, so that's why I decided to go back to my natural color.
"I'm just really having fun with the music and the style is a lot more accessible. It's more lifestyle, it's not so much a look or a costume, which I really enjoy."

Kat Von D accuses Jesse James of infidelity...
Celebrity tattoo artist Kat Von D has accused her ex-fiance Jesse James of cheating on her with 19 other women during their relationship.
Kat began dating Jesse just two months after he divorced actress Sandra Bullock last year amid rumors of infidelity.
Now she claims Jesse was also unfaithful to her after opening up about their September split for the first time.
In a post on her Facebook page, she writes, "Today I encountered the 19th girl to add to the list of people Jesse cheated on me with during this last year."
"I know I deserve a big fat 'I told you so,' from everyone, and wish I didn't have to say, 'You all were more right than you'll ever know,' but you were."
Kat insists she's moving on from the "toxic relationship" and admits she pities Jesse for "seeking validation" with a slew of alleged conquests.
She adds, "I think it just made me sad today to imagine him still in that dark place - where seeking validation through the attention of women takes precedence over being a good father, a sincere friend, a better coworker, and a happy individual."
Kardashian sued over hair removal endorsement...
Reality TV star Kim Kardashian is facing legal action over allegations of false advertising for a hair removal product she endorses.
Lawyers for beauty firm Radiant have accused Kim of misleading consumers with claims she's made as the celebrity spokesperson for home laser hair removal system TRIA.
Bosses have taken exception to Kim's claims that she uses the gadget all over her body, since TRIA allegedly states it is unsafe for sensitive areas such as the face and neck.
In Radiant's lawsuit, Kim also comes under fire for allegedly boasting that the product cancels the need for razors or shaving cream, despite its instructions reportedly noting that it should be used in conjunction with shaving.
Radiant executives want Kim to stop making the claims and are suing the brunette beauty for unspecified damages.
According to reports, Kim recently signed an 18-month contract to continue her endorsement work for TRIA.
Meanwhile, she also finds herself on the other side of a lawsuit. She is suing her former publicist Jonathan Jaxson after he publicly claimed her wedding to Kris Humphries was a publicity stunt.
Jaxson also referred to Kim as "the master of media manipulation."

The 47 year old made the revelation on Australian talk show "60 Minutes" when he was asked how long he plans to carry on starring in movies. He replied, "Three years."
Brad went on to detail his future career plans, adding, "I�ve really enjoyed the producorial side and getting stories to the plate that may have had a harder time otherwise."
In a new interview with The Sunday Times Culture magazine, he expands on how he sees his future, adding, "We all have a shelf life, and mine is coming - although there are a couple of things I'd still like to do. I am looking forward to playing a foul-mouthed grumpy old dude one day, that�s for sure."
Brad has several producing credits to his name, including "The Time Traveler�s Wife," Julia Roberts' movie "Eat Pray Love," and this year's "The Tree of Life," which the actor also starred in.
