Hello Everyone,

Household cleaners can be expensive. I normally use a vinegar water cleaner that I make at home to spray counters, bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, just about anything. When I came across this recipes for Orange Vinegar Cleaner I was so thrilled. Thought I love cleaning with my natural cleaner, I'm not a huge fan of the smell. This Orange Vinegar...is right up my alley.

Orange Vinegar:

1 16-ounce canning jar
2 oranges, peels only (eat the insides!)
vinegar to cover

Curl the peels around the inside of the jar.
Pour vinegar into the jar to cover the peels and close tightly. Store in the cupboard for two weeks, then transfer the vinegar to a spray bottle and use for all your cleaning purposes!

I like to dilute the vinegar with 50% water for general cleaning.

Hint 1: Do you have ring around the toilet? No problem...

Simply snip off a slice of a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and drop it in the toilet. Let it float overnight, and it will remove the toilet ring. No scrubbing! Seriously, it's that simple.

Hint 2: We are about to hit the cold and flu season, so listen to this great hint...

Got a runny nose? Be sure to attach an empty Kleenex box to the one you are using so you have a place to stuff those used Kleenexes. Keep a set next to the couch, one on your night stand and one in the car. This will save you many trips to the trash can.
