Hi Everyone,

Did you know the recommended number of steps is 6000 for
health, 10,000 for weight loss when you count all steps
during the day. For weight loss, an uninterrupted walk
each day of 4000-6000 steps is recommended.

A great way to keep in shape and to monitor how many
steps you take each day is with the Electronic Pedometer...
I found this one for just $2.49 - how can you pass that
up? I use mine everyday and let me tell you...everyday
I try to get up more at work and walk to talk to someone
instead of picking up the phone and calling their extension.
For me, everyday I'm trying to take more steps than the
previous day.

Thanks Robert for the great tip...

Another good use for old pantyhose is to cut them up and use
the foot and part of leg and attach them 1 at a time to the
washer drain hose to catch the lint and other debris so it
doesn't go down the drain and cause sewer line problems.

Great tips from Connie...Thanks :)

A great way to clean your keyboard is to use post-it notes.
Take one, sticky side down and slide it back and forth along
each row of keys. You'll be amazed at what comes out. Cut the
yucky sticky part off and use the paper for your grocery list.
