Naya Rivera says Demi Lovato will play her 'Glee' love interest
Naya Rivera says singer-actress Demi Lovato is to play a love interest for her character Santana Lopez on the U.S. musical dramedy series "Glee" this season. "She's playing my love interest, so I'm very, very excited about that," Rivera told MTV News. "We get to sing a song together. It's gonna be good. I'm excited to work with her. We're bringing her to the dark side. Well, she comes in in a Beatles episode, so [we're singing] a Beatles song. I'm excited." The show is returning for its fifth season this fall. The program is being retooled due to the July drug overdose death of popular cast member Cory Monteith, who played Finn for four seasons.

Lamar Odom returned to the Los Angeles home he shares with Khloe Kardashian days after she kicked him out for using drugs, TMZ reported. The professional basketball player left their house last Wednesday and returned this past Tuesday, the celebrity news website said. Although the couple are working on their relationship, Odom remains undecided about how to deal with his substance abuse problem, TMZ said. However, Odom is "open to reason and listening to the people who love him the most," which is a big difference from a week ago when he walked out of an attempted intervention, the report said. Kardashian married Odom in 2009 after a whirlwind romance.
Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones separate
Hollywood stars Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones have separated after 13 years of marriage, sources told People.com. "They're taking a break," one insider told the celebrity news website. Word the couple has been spending time apart the past few months comes after Douglas, 68, recently battled throat cancer and Zeta-Jones, 43, was treated for bipolar II disorder. "The stress has taken a toll on their marriage," a second source told People.com. Neither star has officially filed for divorce or legal separation, the report said. The couple are the parents of Dylan, 13, and Carys, 10.
