QUOTE A DAY - August 3, 2010
Greetings fellow quote lovers:
Friends, I do a lot of writing on business and politics.
Much of what I write is a critique of the way things are
and often what I write about is mistaken for pessimism.
Nothing can be further from the truth. I feel like I am
the most blessed person on the planet and when I sit down
to actually contemplate of the things I am grateful for,
it is always an emotional affair.
This issue is about gratitude. This may be the most
important aspect of character. To be grateful is to
celebrate life itself. Actually, the last sentence is a
keeper. So in keeping with the celebration, lets read
what some of the best minds of all time had to say about
gratitude.
Best,
JA
