Here's the Scoop...
I can't recall a time when I've been more sore! I did so much yard work and house work over the long weekend.
I would've thought by now the soreness would be subsiding, but it's not! I guess that comes with getting older.
It did feel good to get my garden in and now I can't wait until all the veggies grow.
Well let's get to the nooz... I need to get up and walk a little now!
Be Well,
Anisa

Prince Harry Meets His 3-Week-Old Niece Charlotte For The First Time...
Britain's Prince Harry has finally met his infant niece Charlotte -- nearly three weeks after she was born.
Harry had been undergoing military training in Australia, then was on a tour of New Zealand since the princess' May 2 birth.
Us Weekly said Harry went to see the daughter of his older brother Prince William and his sister-in-law Kate Middleton as soon as he returned home to England Friday.
"Harry was counting down the days to meet Charlotte," a source told the magazine. "He was very excited. An extremely proud uncle."
Art Garfunkel on Paul Simon: 'I 'created a monster'...
Art Garfunkel has slammed Paul Simon in a revealing new interview about the duo's rocky and often bitter partnership.
Garfunkel recently told The Telegraph that he never understood why Simon chose to leave Simon & Garfunkel in 1970, when they were at the height of their popularity.
"It was very strange. Nothing I would have done. I want to open up about this," Garfunkel said. "I don't want to say any anti Paul Simon things, but it seems very perverse to not enjoy the glory and walk away from it instead. Crazy."
Simon & Garfunkel were best known for decade-defining hits like "Bridge Over Troubled Water" and "Sound of Silence," as well as Simon's songwriting ability and Garfunkel's voice.
The 73-year-old folk singer also said that he was so nice to the 5-foot-2 Simon because of his height.
"And that compensation gesture has created a monster," Garfunkel said.
Garfunkel, who described himself as a "misanthrope," added that he only needed a "rest" from Paul.
"Because he was getting on my nerves. The jokes had run dry," he said.
Garfunkel even threw in a dig at Paul McCartney, comparing the former Beatles' attitude toward his bandmate George Harrison.
George came up to me at a party once and said 'my Paul is to me what your Paul is to you.' He meant that psychologically they had the same effect on us. The Pauls sidelined us. I think George felt suppressed by Paul and I think that's what he saw with me and my Paul. Here's the truth: McCartney was a helluva music man who gave the band its energy, but he also ran away with a lot of the glory.
Despite his harsh words, Garfunkel said he would be open to working with Simon in the future.
"When we get together, with his guitar, it's a delight to both of our ears," Garfunkel said. "A little bubble comes over us and it seems effortless. We blend. So, as far as this half is concerned, I would say, 'Why not, while we're still alive?'"

'Ecstatic' Kelly Rutherford Wins International Custody Battle...
A California judge has granted American actress Kelly Rutherford sole legal and physical custody of her two children.
People magazine reported the judge also ordered her son Hermes, 8, and daughter Helena, 5, be returned to Los Angeles from Monaco, where they had been living with their German father, Rutherford's ex-husband Daniel Giersch, since 2012.
A previous legal decision allowed the children to live in Monaco with their father while he worked to secure entry back into the United States after his visa was revoked, however he has made no effort to do so in the past three years, Rutherford recently explained on The View.
"We are ecstatic, and hopeful that Monaco will respect the California court's ruling and send the children home. It has long been our position that Monaco has no jurisdiction because Hermes and Helena, as American citizens, have an absolute right to live in their own country," Rutherford's attorney Wendy Murphy told People. "If the citizenship shoe were on the other foot and these children were citizens of Monaco, I have no doubt the United States would respect their right to reside in Monaco. Monaco officials know that sending the children back to America is the right thing to do. I'm looking forward to the happy reunion of the children not only with their mother, but also with their country!"
'Fantastic Four' Star Michael B. Jordan addresses Human Torch race rancor...
Michael B. Jordan says he is aware of the backlash sparked by his casting as Johnny Storm/Human Torch in the Fantastic Four franchise re-boot, but he isn't letting the criticism irk him anymore.
"You're not supposed to go on the Internet when you're cast as a superhero. But after taking on Johnny Storm in Fantastic Four -- a character originally written with blond hair and blue eyes -- I wanted to check the pulse out there. I didn't want to be ignorant about what people were saying. Turns out this is what they were saying: 'A black guy? I don't like it. They must be doing it because Obama's president' and 'It's not true to the comic.' Or even, 'They've destroyed it!'" Jordan wrote in an essay for Entertainment Weekly.
"It used to bother me, but it doesn't anymore. I can see everybody's perspective, and I know I can't ask the audience to forget 50 years of comic books. But the world is a little more diverse in 2015 than when the Fantastic Four comic first came out in 1961. Plus, if Stan Lee writes an email to my director saying: 'You're good. I'm OK with this,' who am I to go against that?" Jordan continued. "To the trolls on the Internet, I want to say: Get your head out of the computer. Go outside and walk around. Look at the people walking next to you. Look at your friends' friends and who they're interacting with. And just understand this is the world we live in. It's OK to like it."
Directed by Josh Trank, the family movie will co-star Kate Mara, Miles Teller and Jamie Bell. It is set for theatrical release Aug. 7.

The debonair actor who is battling Alzheimer's disease, can't recall details about classic films?
It's Omar Sharif... Omar's son says the actor has been suffering from Alzheimer's disease for the past three years and is now retired.
Sharif, 83, is best known for his performances in the cinema classics Lawrence of Arabia and Doctor Zhivago.
"My father has Alzheimer's. It's difficult to determine what stage it's at. It's obvious he'll never improve and it will get worse," The Telegraph quoted the actor's son Tarek El-Sharif as telling the Spanish newspaper El Mundo.
"There are times of the day when he's better and others in which he feels confused. He knows who he is, but not necessarily the reason people greet him. When someone sees him in the street and approaches him, he often thinks it's someone he used to know whose name and face he's forgotten when, most of the time, it's just a fan," El-Sharif explained. "He still knows he's a famous actor. The loss of memory affects, above all, specific things, details like when he was in a specific place or who he acted with in a specific film. He remembers, for example, that it was Doctor Zhivago, but he's forgotten when it was filmed."
