Hi Everyone,
Well, here in Chicago we are suppose to be getting a brutal
snowstorm which should be starting in just a few short hours.
They are estimating up to two feet of snow with winds 30-40 mph.
Keep your fingers cross that I make it home without putting
my car in a ditch.
Below are some winter tips for all my readers...enjoy!

Hint 1:
Prevent car doors from freezing shut with cooking spray! Spritz
cooking oil on the rubber seals around car doors & rub it in
with a paper towel. The cooking spray prevents water from
melting into the rubber.

Hint 2:
Squeak-proof your wipers with rubbing alcohol! Wipe the wipers
with a cloth saturated with rubbing alcohol or ammonia. This
one trick can make badly streaking & squeaking wipers change
to near perfect silence & clarity.
