Here's the Scoop....

Mariah Carey's husband Nick Cannon appears to be on the road to recovery after suffering mild kidney failure, insisting he is "getting back to business."

The actor and TV personality was admitted to a medical facility in Aspen, Colorado, during the couple's winter vacation earlier this week.

Soon after he was hospitalized, Mariah shared a photo of him in his bed on Twitter, alongside the words, "We're trying to be as festive as possible under the circumstances but please keep Nick in your thoughts because this is very painful."

On Wednesday, Nick was transferred to a hospital in Los Angeles, and the star now looks as if he is preparing to leave the facility after posting an image on Twitter showing a friend shaving his hair while sitting in his hospital room.

Nick wrote alongside the picture, "Getting back to business."

Brad Pitt Injures His Knee...

What's Brad Pitt's newest accessory?

A cane - and it's not just for show.

Brad, 48, walked the red carpet at the 23nd annual Palm Springs Film Festival awards gala with the cane on Saturday, and told reporters he has an injured ACL, a ligament in the knee that connects the femur with the tibia.

"I was carrying my daughter [Vivienne] down the hill and I slipped," Pitt said. "It was either her or me."

Though Brad says he won't need surgery, he may need that cane for a while.

Not that his partner, Angelina Jolie, minds.

"I like the cane," she told reporters on the carpet Saturday, adding that the injury hasn't slowed him down much at all. "He's not that kind of guy. He does everything still."

Angelina also said that Vivienne, 3, wasn't hurt in the tumble.

"Vivie's okay," she told reporters. "She was absolutely fine."

Hillary Scott Marries Chris Tyrrell...

Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott and drummer Chris Tyrrell have tied the knot!

"I'd like to introduce you to Mrs. Hillary Scott Tyrrell," Chris, who popped the question at sunset in East Tennessee last Fourth of July weekend, says in a video posted to Lady Antebellum's official website.

"We got married!" Hillary, 25, says as she flashes a wedding ring. "We just wanted you to hear it from us first. We love you. We're so excited to be starting our life together and we just had to let you in on the exciting news."

The couple were married on Saturday in Upstate New York in front of family and close friends, a Lady Antebellum rep says.

The video contains footage of Hillary in her custom Vera Wang strapless mermaid dress with hand-applied crystal and pearl beading. She's also wearing a mantilla veil with hand cut chantilly lace applique and holding white flowers. Tyrrell is wearing a gray suit by Ermenegildo Zegna with a black shirt and a gray tie.

Steven Curtis Chapman sang for the couple's first dance, according to the rep. And although Hillary's Lady Antebellum bandmates Charles Kelley and recently engaged Dave Haywood were not able to attend the intimate ceremony, "They look forward to celebrating with both Hillary and Chris in the coming weeks," the rep said.

"Everything is brighter. Everything has a deeper meaning," Hillary said recently of being engaged. "I've found a guy who truly embraces me for who I am and appreciates the things that I don't necessarily love about myself."

The first-time mom announced she was expecting at the MTV Video Music Awards in August.

Actress Drew Barrymore has confirmed her wedding plans by releasing a photograph of herself wearing her new engagement ring.

Reports emerged on Thursday suggesting the "Charlie's Angels" star's boyfriend Will Kopelman proposed during a winter break in Sun Valley, Idaho.

The star has also released an official picture of herself sitting with the art consultant and smiling widely as she shows off her new engagement ring, which was designed by the Graff Diamonds jewelery company.

DMX attacked onstage...

Rapper DMX narrowly escaped injury at his show in California on Thursday night after an overzealous fan jumped onstage and attempted to place him in a headlock.

In footage, the man can be seen jumping onstage and placing his arms around the rapper's neck before he's dragged away by bouncers.

The DJ briefly stopped the music before DMX ordered him to re-start, saying, "We don't stop the music for s**t!"

This actress is fretting about becoming a mother later this year, admitting she's "a little afraid" about the responsibilities it entails...

It's Hilary Duff...

The actress is expecting a baby boy with husband Mike Comrie, and the couple is not taking impending parenthood lightly.

She comments, "Anything that's unknown is scary to us, and I'm definitely a little afraid. It's not something you want to mess up and it's not something to take lightly.

"Obviously I want to be really good at it. I think it's the most important thing you'll do in your entire life, but I have a feeling Mike and I will be okay. We'll figure it out just like everyone else does."

And Hilary is delighted about welcoming a son, adding, "It's just girls in my family so I'm not sure what I'm going to do with a little boy, but it's exciting. I think deep down inside, I kind of wanted a little boy."
