Howdy Folks,
Last night my car was broken into by some young punk kids.
They shattered the window on the driver's door. I was
quite huffy about the hole thing until I realized that
without the window it would be like drivin' in NASCAR
racecar. I can jump in and out of the car just like them
racin' boys do. Just like I always wanted too.
Then the wife had to burst my bubble and say, "Well,
honey. That was supposed to be yer birthday surprise.
That's the closest yer ever gonna get to being a racecar
driver."
Well, she'll be surprised tomorrow when we take her mother
back home after our family dinner. I'm gonna drive like I
am goin' for that checkered flag!
