I was devastated by the news of the unexpected passing of writer Michelle McNamara, wife of comedian Patton Oswalt.

I feel terrible for their loss. Then my heartbroke when I read what 7-year-old Alice Oswalt said about her mother's passing. It's so sad and beautiful at the same time.

Patton Oswalt shares daughter's heartbreaking words after mom's death
Comedian and actor Patton Oswalt, who is grieving since the unexpected death of his wife last month, shared a quote from his heartbroken 7-year-old daughter Sunday.

"'When your mom dies you're the best memory of her. Everything you do is a memory of her.' -- Alice Oswalt, 7," he tweeted.

Just days earlier, the elder Oswalt addressed the death of his writer wife Michelle McNamara.

"She wrote lines that stung & hummed. 13 years in her presence was happily humbling. #RIPMichelleMcNamara," read his Friday Twitter post.

McNamara died in her sleep at the age of 46. The cause of her death has not been publicly disclosed.

Kerry Washington pregnant with second child
Kerry Washington is expecting her second child according to reports.

Confirmed by Us Weekly and E! News, the Scandal star was seen with a baby bump while she attended the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner on Saturday.

This will mark Washington's second child with husband Nnamdi Asomugha following the birth of their daughter Isabelle, now 2-years-old, in 2014.

"I will say I feel really, really blessed," the actress said to the Los Angeles Times after welcoming Isabelle. "I just feel really blessed that I'm kind of living extraordinary dreams come true in my work life and in my personal life."

Washington and Asomugha tied the knot during a secret ceremony in Hailey, Idaho, in June 2013.


'Maze Runner' production postponed again due to Dylan O'Brien's injuries
Production on Maze Runner: The Death Cure, the third installment in the franchise, has been postponed again to allow actor Dylan O'Brien more time to recover from on-set injuries he sustained in March.

A representative for 20th Century Fox told ABC's Good Morning America Saturday, "We wish Dylan a speedy recovery and look forward to restarting production as soon as possible."

No date was specified.

The 24-year-old actor was working on the film in Canada when a mishap involving a vehicle sent him to the hospital where he was treated for several broken bones.

O'Brien plays Thomas in The Maze Runner movies, which are based on the James Dashner series of books. The first two movies, The Maze Runner and Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials, earned a combined $660 million at the box office.
