Hi Everyone,

Today's issue is focused on different ways to use mustard. Yes, you heard me right...mustard! Believe it or not mustard can be used for more than just to spice up recipes, and in today's issue I'm going to tell you a few of those 'other' ways to use mustard.

Hint 1: If you have a garden you should try this tip...

Use mustard in your garden to prevent deer and other wild
animals from eating your plants and vegetables. Rub mustard
on a tin pie plate and hang the pie plate on a string and tie the string to a post near your garden. One mustard-covered pie plate in each corner of your garden will keep the deer out of your garden. The deer will mistake the scent of the mustard for the scent of humans.

Hint 2: A mustard bath, say what?

Use Mustard as an ingredient in a hot soothing bath. Combine
two tablespoons of mustard and one teaspoon of Epsom salts to running bath water. Leisurely soak in the bath for approximately twenty minutes to relieve minor muscle aches
and pains. This is an excellent home treatment for arthritis, sprained muscles, pulled muscles, and broken bones. After your mustard bath, be sure to rinse thoroughly to avoid the lingering scent of mustard on your skin.

Bonus hint: New Mommies, this is for you!

Sometimes baby bottles get a stale milky odor in them that just doesn't go away. Put a couple drops of mustard in them, swish them with water and then wash them out. You might think they will retain a mustard scent, but they won't and the stale milkysmell will go away!
