Here's the Scoop....

Justin Bieber is facing the possibility of legal action over an online phone prank.

The singer took to Twitter earlier this month to tease fans by posting a random phone number with the final digit missing, hinting it was his personal line by writing, "Call me right now."

But two households in Texas failed to see the funny side when they were bombarded with over 1,000 calls from desperate Bieber fans who had wrongly guessed the full phone number.

Now the unwitting victims - identified only as a woman named Dilcie and a man named Kent - have consulted lawyers over the incident and are considering launching legal action against the star.

The website reports a lawyer for the pair has branded Justin's behavior "reckless."

Now, let's get to the rest of the nooz...

Jessica Parker and Broderick seeking privacy in Brooklyn...

Hollywood couple Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are preparing to move out of their Manhattan home and relocate to Brooklyn in a bid to live a more private life.

The "Sex and the City" star and her husband are frequently photographed with their son James Wilkie, nine, and three-year-old twin daughters Tabitha and Marion outside their home in New York City's popular West Village, where Matthew was born and raised.

However, they are now close to purchasing adjacent townhouses in the pricey Brooklyn Heights neighborhood.

A source tells the New York Daily News, "They loved the West Village but wanted something more private, laid-back and discreet."

If they move ahead with the property purchase, Sarah Jessica and Matthew won't be the only celebrities in Brooklyn Heights - singer Norah Jones and actor Gabriel Byrne are just some of the stars living in the area.

Gaga's ideas got a little 'too dark' for former collaborator...

Lady Gaga's former creative director Laurieann Gibson has opened up about her decision to dissolve her partnership with the pop superstar, confessing the singer's music and video ideas "got a little dark" for her.

Gibson helped the singer develop her bizarre style and directed concerts and promos for her longtime collaborator, but she parted ways with Gaga in November.

The famed choreographer insisted she was "extremely proud" of Gaga and vowed never to speak ill of the star, but she has now confessed the real reason behind their creative split, admitting she didn't feel comfortable working with the more religious themes used in controversial promos like Judas.

She comments, "Like any collaboration, when (Gaga) got some ideas and wanted to grow in a different direction I was like, 'You know what, go ahead.'

"I think it reached a point where I wanted to keep the brand that I helped build a little purer... No judgment, but it just got a little dark for me creatively."

Gaga's 2011 video for "Judas" drew criticism from Catholics over her controversial use of religious imagery.

Miley Cyrus denies engagement rumors...

Miley Cyrus has shot down reports suggesting she and her actor boyfriend Liam Hemsworth are planning a wedding, blaming gossip bloggers for spreading false rumors about her love life.

The 19-year-old singer/actress sent bloggers into a spin last week after posting a photo of her well-manicured left hand on Twitter, while wearing what looked like an engagement ring on her finger.

She flashed the gold ring again as she attended Muhammad Ali's Celebrity Fight Night event with "The Hunger Games" star Hemsworth in Phoenix, Arizona on Saturday, but Miley insists the piece of jewelery is not a sign of their plans to wed.

Taking to Twitter.com on Monday, she writes, "I'm not engaged. I've worn this same ring on this finger since November! People just wanna find something to tal (talk) about! It's a topaz people!"
