Here's the Scoop....
Dr. Oz had a close call with cancer after a routine colonoscopy.
The cardiologist-turned-TV host says doctors found an
adenomatous polyp, or precancerous growth, inside his intestine.
Doctors removed the polyp but if left behind, it could have likely
become colon cancer.
"This was a shakeup for me," Dr. Oz tells shares. "I have done
everything right. I don't have any family history, and yet I'm
high risk now."
Dr. Oz added, "There's a lot of tension. It's frustrating. Why did
this happen to me? It forces you to question the assumptions you
make about life."
He will discuss his health scare on The Dr. Oz Show's Sept. 7th
season premiere.

Paris Hilton Banned from Wynn Las Vegas Properties...
In light of her arrest Friday for possession of cocaine,
socialite Paris Hilton has been banned from the Las Vegas
resorts Wynn and Encore, a spokesman for the properties
confirmed.
The ban comes after several Las Vegas insiders claimed that
Paris might be blackballed from nightclubs. After the car
in which she was riding was stopped, Paris was taken inside
the Wynn, where it was allegedly discovered that she had
cocaine in her purse.
Coinciding with the ban, Wynn Las Vegas also announced in a
vague statement that Hilton's boyfriend, nightclub executive
Cy Waits, has been "separated from the company and is free
to pursue other interests." No further comment or details
was provided.
Waits, 34, was stopped by police officers Friday night when
they smelled marijuana wafting from the car window.
According to a Waits's arrest report, also released
Wednesday, he failed a sobriety test.
Charges have yet to be filed against Waits, the Clark
County Attorney's office said. Just days before his
arrest, Waits was recently promoted to Co-Chief of
Nightlife Operations at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore.
Hilton and Waits have been dating since June.

And she's off ? but not without a kiss first.
Jesse James and Kat Von D have recently taken their romance
from Las Vegas to Austin, Texas, where the couple were
spotted holding hands and riding motorcycles in
Fredericksburg, Texas, near the motorcycle mogul's relocated
business and family.
When it came time for Von D to leave, the two shared a kiss
at the Austin Airport as Jesse dropped her off for the flight.
"They're definitely not hiding anything at this point," a
source close to Von D said after their Texas time together.
"Kat's happy. She doesn't really care what other people
think. She'll do what she wants regardless."
Jesse, 41, was also spotted recently taking his daughters
to school on their first day. He and his children moved to
Texas so that his children could maintain the close
relationship they've developed with Sandra Bullock.

Douglas: Radiation, Chemo 'Really Knocks You Out'...
Michael Douglas knows he has a tough road ahead, but he's
ready to face it.
"It's a fight," says Michael, who is undergoing a grueling
course of radiation and chemotherapy to treat a tumor at
the base of his tongue, and adds of his treatment: "It
really knocks you out."
He reveals that he received the diagnosis of throat cancer
in early August after suffering persistent throat and ear
pain.
Michael's wife, actress Catherine Zeta-Jones, 40, says she
has struggled with seeing her normally tireless husband
slowed by the effects of his treatment.
"The hardest part is seeing his fatigue, because Michael is
never tired," Catherine comments. She says Michael told
their children Dylan, 10, and Carys, 7, the difficult news
himself: "Daddy sat them down and told them he has cancer
now."
The diagnosis capped what Michael, who is next starring in
Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps, calls "a pretty intense
year" that also saw his oldest son Cameron, 31, sentenced
to five years in prison on drug charges.
But, says Catherine, "if there's anything Michael has,
it's strength."

Lambert to Face Off Against Fiancé Shelton at CMAs...
It's looking a lot like Miranda Lambert's lucky year: The
country star picked up four additional Country Music
Association Award nominations Tuesday morning, bringing
her total to a leading nine nods.
Her staggering tally accounts for the most CMA Award
nominations for a female artist ever.
Miranda, who announced the second round of nominations with
Dierks Bentley on Good Morning America, scooped up nods for
album of the year (for Revolution) and the CMA's top award,
entertainer of the year ? her first nomination in that
category.
"Wow," she said, beaming, as Bentley read her name in that
category. "I just can't believe it."
Miranda will contend with Lady Antebellum, Brad Paisley,
Keith Urban and the Zac Brown Band for entertainer of the
year, while Taylor Swift, last year's winner, is absent
from the category this time.
While Miranda is currently planning a wedding with country
singer Blake Shelton, the two will actually have to face
off, in three categories, when the CMAs air live from
Nashville on Nov. 10. The two were both nominated in the
musical event of the year category, as well as single of
the year and music video of the year.

Jodie Sweetin Has a Baby Girl...
Jodie Sweetin has a full house of her own.
Jodie welcomed her second child, a baby girl named Beatrix,
on Tuesday with her boyfriend Morty Coyle.
"Jodie was amazing and is doing great," Morty said. "We
are now the proud, excited parents of Miss Beatrix
Carlin Sweetin Coyle."
Beatrix, whom her dad is already calling "Bea," is the
couple's first child together. Jodie also has a 2-year-
old daughter, Zoie, with ex-husband Cody Herpin.
Beatrix made her debut at 7 lbs., 4 oz. and 19 inches
long.
"We're already madly in love with Beatrix and are so
grateful for the support from our family and friends.
And we can't wait for her big sister Zoie to meet her,"
the couple says.
The actress announced her pregnancy in April, and spent
her last few days as a mom-of-one enjoying the calm
before the storm.
Shortly before giving birth, she joined her former Full
House costar John Stamos at his star-studded birthday
bash on Aug. 19 ? the same day she Tweeted that Zoie
"will be a fabulous big sister."

Hollywood for the second year in a row...
It's Shia LaBeouf...
The actor topped a survey by Forbes to find the star who pulls
in the most money for movie bosses, with Shia earning an
estimated $81 in profit for every $1 he is paid.
The 24 year old, who has appeared in a string of high profile
blockbusters including "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen"
and "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull,"
topped the same poll last year.
Anne Hathaway, whose hit Disney movie "Alice in Wonderland"
recently passed the $1 billion mark at the worldwide box
office, came in second, followed by Daniel Radcliffe, Robert
Downey, Jr. and Cate Blanchett.
