Hello Music lovers,

A few weeks ago I teased you all about a great old-timey cover of the Tears for Fears song featured in my favorite video game, Bioshock Infinite. I got so many requests to post it, and I apologize it took this long! I just had plenty of stuff already planned out in advance.

The song is a bit of an Easter egg. The game features various time periods, parallel universes, and quantum physics, so its all a little complicated to explain. After hearing a brief clip of the original recording, you can stumble upon a phonograph playing this vintage version after the artist copied it into their own universe.

Like I said, its complicated to explain! But its really fun to listen to and honestly this cover stands up on its own, the upbeat piano playing is really cool.

PS: RIP Prince. I'll do a proper sendoff next week.

Pleasant Watching,

To keep with the 1910s theme for the game, BioShock Infinite creators got this guy from PostModern Jukebox to arrange this piano version of the Tears for Fears version.
