Newly engaged Drew Barrymore has sparked rumors she's pregnant with her first child after she was photographed clutching what appeared to be the results of a sonogram as she left a doctor's office in Los Angeles.
The star was snapped holding the black and white image on Tuesday as she exited a Beverly Hills medical office with her fiance, art consultant Will Kopelman.
And Drew's representative has only fueled speculation by refusing to confirm or deny the story, simply saying, "No comment."
Drew, 36, announced her plans to wed in January.

Obama Sings Again - This Time with Mick Jagger...
Did President Obama miss a musical calling?
It was only last month that the commander-in-chief channeled Al Green at Harlem's Apollo Theater. On Tuesday night, he shared the stage with no less than Mick Jagger, B.B. King and Jeff Beck.
The all-star musical lineup performed in the East Room of the White
House, with the President joining in for an ensemble rendition of
his hometown anthem "Sweet Home Chicago," news footage from the gathering shows.
The full version of In Performance at the White House: Red, White and Blues will air on local PBS stations on Monday,Feb. 27, at 9 p.m. ET.
For most of the evening, the President and First Lady Michelle Obama took in the concert from the audience, swaying in their seats and occasionally getting up to dance.
But after some prodding from Buddy Guy, who referenced Obama's Apollo performance and told him, "You gotta keep it up," the President took the stage - and a microphone offered by Jagger.
After singing a few bars, Obama leaned the mic toward B.B. King.
"This music speaks to something universal," Obama said, as quoted by the AP. "No one goes through life without both joy and pain, triumph and sorrow. The blues gets all of that, sometimes with just one lyric or one note."
Michaels sues producers for broadcasting Tony Awards accident...
Rocker Bret Michaels is stepping up his legal battle against TV producers behind the 2009 Tony Awards, accusing them of broadcasting his onstage accident just to boost ratings.
The Poison frontman was performing at the Big Apple prizegiving, which honors the best of Broadway, when a largestage prop fell and hit him in the face, leaving him with a broken nose, cut lip and life-threatening head injuries.
On Monday, Michaels filed a $50 million lawsuit against award bosses and CBS network executives for neglecting to censor the incident, which caused him much pain and humiliation, according to the New York Post.
An excerpt from the Manhattan federal court filing reads, (CBS officials) could have prevented the footage... from airing via the standard seven-second broadcast delay. The defendants took no such measures - presumably because the incident could lead to greater publicity and ratings for the show."
This is the rocker's second lawsuit against Tony Award producers - last year he sought unspecified damages claiming show bosses were ultimately responsible for the brain hemorrhage and mild stroke he suffered after the horrific incident.

Victoria Beckham has hit back at critics who have accused her of looking gaunt and "miserable" in recent weeks, insisting she has been struggling to juggle her duties as a mom with her job in fashion.
The former Spice Girl-turned top designer gave birth to her daughter Harper last year and within weeks, she was back at work preparing her latest clothing collection for New York Fashion Week.
Victoria has been pictured looking tired and frail recently, and she has put her appearance down to late-night work meetings and staying up with her baby girl.
She tells Britain's Sunday Mirror, "Look, if people want to say I'm miserable then so be it. I�m really not. I have a lot on my plate. I'm not going to lie about it, I'm tired. I'm really tired but I'm also very happy with my life.
"I'm basically just like any woman who's working and has lots of children - it's tough. I'm not getting much sleep at all. Harper's not sleeping that great, and I've been taking Skype business calls throughout the night too because of the collections. I'm up with the baby as all moms are and I wouldn't have it any other way. There's not a team of people doing it for me.
"And then people want to say I look crap. Well, I'm a working mom, so give me a break... I'd like there to be a break but I very much doubt it's going to happen any time soon. When Harper sleeps that will be my break."
Lea Michele and Cory Monteith dating???
"Glee" stars Lea Michele and Cory Monteith are dating after spending Valentine's Day together in Los Angeles, according to a new report.
The actors have portrayed an on/off couple on the hit TV musical since its launch in 2009, and it seems their onscreen chemistry has since spilled over into their personal lives.
Editors at Life & Style magazine claim Cory treated the Lea to a cozy dinner date at Il Covo restaurant on the most romantic day of the year - and they were not shy with their affections.
An eyewitness tells the publication, "They were into each other all night. She was very happy, flirting and touching Cory a lot. He just stared at her with puppy-dog eyes."
They were also allegedly spotted together at the Ritz Carlton hotel in L.A. days later.
Lea has made no secret that she's a fan of Cory, admitting last year "As long as I get to have scenes with Cory, it makes me really happy."
The singer/actress split from her longtime boyfriend Theo Stockman in September.

The "Love Story" hit maker, who has previously dated Joe Jonas, Taylor Lautner and Jake Gyllenhaal, decided to mark the lovers' holiday by gathering her pals so none of them were lonely on the most romantic day of the year.
Taylor tells talk show host Ellen DeGeneres, "I actually had a pathetic single girls party. It was cool. That's actually what it was called.
"We just ate whatever we wanted and danced. We made these little profile cards about why we're single."
But that doesn't mean the singer isn't enjoying life without a significant other.
She adds, "I'm not saying that being single is pathetic. We've talked about this. I think it's awesome."
