Hello Everyone,

I normally don't make much coffee at home, so when I know I have 'coffee drinkers' over for a gathering I clean
my coffee pot the day before by pouring a solution of 1
part vinegar to 2 parts water into the water reservoir,
then run the machine. Follow with two cycles of cold water.
This should remove mineral build-ups, coffee residue and
hard water deposits so your next cup of coffee should be
perfect!

Hint 1: Do you have a shirt or dress that every morning you pick off of the closet floor because it slips off the hanger? I have a few of those shirts, and every morning I get irritated as I hang them all back up because I know I'll be hanging them up tomorrow morning. But I now have a solution for all of us...

Use Rubber Bands to Keep Clothes on the Hanger
No more worries of camisoles, sundresses, and other slippery garments slipping off hangers when you wrap the ends with rubber bands.

Hint 2:

One of readers' all-time-favorite ideas: the LifeSaver as birthday-candle holder. These sweet treats are perfect for holding birthday candles. Make sure you buy the original rolls of candy for a snug fit. (The LifeSavers sold in big bags are slightly larger and don't work as well.) Secure the candles inside the candies, then place on top of the frosting, all without making holes in the cake.
