Well, it's getting closer to summer time now and that means more people are wanting to diet to shed those winter pounds that we've all probably put on. After a bit of research I was able to find the newest trending weight loss tips! They seem easy enough to try.
Eat A Bowl of Soup Before Lunch and Dinner. One to one and a half cup portions of a healthy soup can lower calorie intake by 20% when eaten before a meal. Benefit: It makes you feel fuller and helps with your vegetable servings for the day!
Eat More Apples and Grapefruit. Apples and Grapefruits contain mostly water and fiber. Therefore, it fills you up without adding a large amount of calories. By eating one to one and a half medium peeled fruits 15 minutes before a meal, you can cut your calorie intake by up to 187 calories.
Eat More Cereal. Believe it or not, cereal is a great way to snack without adding on a huge amount of calories. It can actually reduce your calorie intake for the day. By eating a serving of high fiber cereal for breakfast it can help suppress your appetite, as well as improve your glycemic responses. By eating a cup of cold, unsweetened cereal with 2/3 cup of low fat milk 90 minutes after a dinner can cut nighttime snacking calories by up to 100 calories.
Eat 2 egg and 2 pieces of Toast for breakfast. This can help with waist size. By consuming more proteins and less fat in the mornings, people actually consume less calories during the day by not wanting to snack as much. Keep in mind, laying your toast with butter will not help with weight loss. Try a reduced fat fruit spread instead.
Drink A Glass of Wine A Day. This should make some women excited! A glass of wine helps normal weight women stay trim. When a glass of wine is drank daily, your liver breaks down the alcohol by turning extra energy into heat, not fat. This allows calories to burn off instead of then turning into fat.
Eat More Chicken, Fish, and Beans. Your body has to work more to digest proteins, therefore making your body burn more calories and also leaving your body feeling fuller longer.
