Hello Animal Lovers,

Today's video started on a weird hunt - my search began with finding out why Nic Cage bout an expensive octopus to have for a pet. Though he's since sold it, it made quite the splash when word first got out. I then started learning more and more about octopi and stumbled on this video, published just a month ago.

NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) was doing some research in the deep sea when they found a tiny see-through octopus. It was baffling to the scientists who have jokingly referred to it as a ghost octopus due to it's unique skin. It may be the first ever sighting and this video is amazing to hear the actual scientists comment on what they're seeing. Pretty neat!
