Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber split up after 11 years
Liev Schreiber and Naomi Watts said Monday they have ended their 11-year romance.

The former couple -- and The Painted Veil co-stars -- have lived in New York for years with their sons, 8-year-old Sasha and 7-year-old Samuel.

"Over the past few months we've come to the conclusion that the best way forward for us as a family is to separate as a couple," the stars said in a joint statement.

"It is with great love, respect, and friendship in our hearts that we look forward to raising our children together and exploring this new phase of our relationship. While we appreciate your curiosity and support, we ask the press to be mindful of our children and respect their right to privacy."

"They have been on the rocks for quite a while," a source told People magazine.

Courteney Cox: Brad Pitt divorce 'is not about' Jennifer Aniston
Courteney Cox says Jennifer Aniston has nothing to do with Brad Pitt's divorce from Angelina Jolie.

The 52-year-old actress defended her longtime pal and former Friends co-star Tuesday after sources claimed Aniston was "satisfied" by ex-husband Brad Pitt's recent split from Angelina Jolie.

"I feel like we're exacerbating it by even talking about it," Cox told Entertainment Tonight at Revlon's annual philanthropic luncheon. "It's not about her."

Aniston's husband, Justin Theroux, shared similar sentiments in an interview with Business Insider published the same day. The actor called it "nonsense" that Aniston was being linked to the high-profile split.

"There's an endless appetite for trash, apparently, though everyone would say that they don't have that appetite. But I think a lot of people do because people buy it," he said. "It's shocking ... when there are far more important things going on in the world."

Aniston and Pitt divorced in 2005 amid rumors the actor had cheated with Jolie. Insiders had recently told Us Weekly that Aniston considers Pitt's new split "karma."

"She always got the sense that something would happen with them eventually," a source said. "She didn't feel that Angelina was truly the one who Brad was meant to stay with. She always felt that Angelina was too complex for him."

Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt last week after two years of marriage and more than a decade together. The actress is seeking sole physical custody of their six children, Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne.

LOOSE LIPS:
"My friend told me, 'You have to kiss him. You can just be friends, but you'll know if it's meant to be more the moment you kiss him.' And now we're getting married, so you can see how that kiss went."
--Adrienne Bailon, opening up about first dating her now-fiancé Israel Houghton, to PEOPLE

'Modern Family' cast TV's first openly transgender child actor
Modern Family has become the first show in TV history to cast an openly transgender child actor when they signed 8-year-old Jackson Millarker to a guest spot.

Millarker appears as Tom, a new friend of Lily, played by Aubrey Anderson-Emmons. Lily's dads, played by Eric Stonestreet and Jesse Tyler Ferguson, think they hear Lily insult Tom during a playdate, and they then use that moment to continue to teach Lily about openmindedness and inclusion.

The episode's director, Ryan Case, shared a photo of herself with Millarker on Instagram, breaking the news of his upcoming appearance.

"This is Jackson Millarker. He's 8 years old, from Atlanta, and just happen to be transgender. He plays Lily's friend Tom in this week's Modern Family and he's wonderful," Case said. "One of the many reasons I love being a part of this show."

Case also shared a link to a story about the episode on Twitter, saying she was "so proud" to have directed Millarker.

Who takes the top spot on Forbes' list of highest-paid comedians?

Kevin Hart has kicked Jerry Seinfeld out of first place on Forbes' list of the top-earning comedians, with Hart earning over $30 million more than Seinfeld.

Seinfeld held the No. 1 spot year after year since 2006, earning over $900 million in that same time.

Hart's paycheck from June 2015 to June 2016 topped out at $87.5 million -- over $30 million more than Seinfeld who earned $43.5 million -- thanks, mainly, to his jam-packed touring schedule, playing over 100 shows in the 12-month time frame.

Hart also spent some time in the box office this year, finding success in films like Central Intelligence and Secret Life of Pets, and shooting endorsements for Hyundai, Foot Locker and H&M.

Amy Schumer also made history on Forbes' list, becoming the first female comedian to ever hold a spot. Schumer takes fourth place with a 12-month gross of $17 million.

Jim Gaffigan, Dave Chappelle and Russell Peters also appear on this year's list.
